I got my nails done the same day of my birthday party, my pedicure did not last through the night. I added an enhancement to my toe nail so they would be even and perfect, the extra enhancement broke before the night ended. Fair enough. Wasn't going to complain, it happens. Last night, not even a week since I got my full set my index finger broke off and I had to glue it back on with nail glue. I got my nails done March 6, broke by March 12 -- 6 days. Probably won't be back. Everyone was nice but I need my nails to hold up at leaaaaaaaast a week before my nails start breaking and looking funky, we pay too much money for half ass jobs. Thanks but no thanks.

The owner/manager was super friendly and great. She did a great job on my regular pedicure which cost $35. The one disappointment was that I took my partner in for his first pedicure ever and just by observing his pedi compared to mine, it was very disappointing. I observed the young girl who finished in half the time of my pedi - his food scrub was 10 seconds and his massage may have been 15 seconds. I was so annoyed this had to be his first experience and he made a comment that for $35 plus tip, he'd rather do something else with his money. I'd definitely request the manager or someone with more experience to do your service. But overall, my pedi was good, I'm unsure if I'll return because it's hard to ask for only one person to work on you - they seem to share work depending on how many clients are there at the time.

The reviews were great, and booking online was easy. I accidentally booked the wrong service since I was transitioning from acrylics, but Olga caught it right away and worked with the front desk to make sure I wasn't overcharged which was so appreciated! The receptionist was also incredibly kind and welcoming. The salon is spotless, they offer you a drink when you arrive, and the service was excellent. I got an acrylic removal, hard gel manicure, and French tips. Olga was very detailed and checked in throughout to make sure I loved the shape and look. This time, my previous hard gel was lifting quite a bit (not done here) so they removed it and redid the set over my natural nails. From the top, the nails look really pretty and the shape/color are nice. However, the hard gel is extremely thin, to the point where my nails feel like they could easily break. After only 4 days, I'm already noticing lifting along the sidewalls. The tips are also noticeably thicker than the rest of the nail, which makes the nails look a little uneven/odd from the side. I really like the salon and had a great experience my first time, so I'm disappointed that this set hasn't held up the same way. I think there's definitely potential here, but I would have preferred a little more structure and consistency with the hard gel application.

While I'm waiting to get called, she realizes she messed up someone else's appointment who already got sat, they got her water running and everything, and they tell her she has to get up. The technician starts my nails when she gets the first phone call. I could see she's struggling balancing the nails and what seemed to be an important call cause she was also overwhelmed (idk what it is about this place but everyone is clearly overwhelmed). She hangs up, continues my nails and then she gets ANOTHER call. This time she just randomly stands up and runs to take it in the back room. Listen, things happen, but I knew this wasn't an emergency...she had just told me it's a package delivery. She left me waiting for, I kid you not, ~5 minutes (probably longer but let's just say 5), no explanation, no nothing. When she comes back, I say that if it's an emergency then I can wait for another technician so she can handle whatever she needs. She apologies and goes back to my nails, thankfully she didn't get up again but the finished product was HORRENDOUS on top of everything! My nails are so scratched and dry!
