Highly recommend Palatial Nail Lounge! I walked by the nail salon when I was in the area and was impressed with how beautiful the ceiling was. It reminded me of Chihuly glass. The prices are reasonable and transparently displayed on the window. Stopping here and getting my gel manicure and regular pedicure was the best decision. The attention to detail and service were exceptional! My nails look fantastic and I really enjoyed the experience. The seats and pillows are comfortable, relaxing music plays, and the tv, which was playing British Bake Off on Netflix when I visited, was muted. A great option to watch without the volume bothering customers! I love my nails! Lucy did my nails, I had about 6 broken nails that she added tips and fixed and she did an overlay, making my nails all one length and making a beautiful pointed almond shape. She then painted them with black gel polish. They are fashion and classic. Theresa then gave me a pedicure with an off white gel polish and a wonderful massage. Theresa also did a great job making my feet look clean and pristine. Both were so nice, everyone in there was so nice and warm welcoming. I will be coming back. Thank you! read more

Hated it. Felt like a captive animal getting its nails clipped against its will, except I freely walked in with cash in hand. Paying good money to be abused. Happens once...shame on them...won't happen twice cause I shan't return. The seating alone is a reason to not go back. Superiorly uncomfortable and dirt spots all over them. My writer's mind came up with all kinds of origins those spots could come from. The seats are so terrible that I fell back into the seat when I tried to get up and get the hell out of there. They have the nerve to play classical music to relax you. I was tight up in there. Then....it was a guy who did my pedicure. I asked him if he's the guy they talk about was too rough, in the reviews. He says that guy doesn't wish there anymore. Then proceeded to hurt me. Make me bleed. I was cringing so badly I stopped writing, to stare and prepare myself for the various pricks of pain I knew was coming. I told him I wanted my feet painted not pained. And he smiled and told me to relax my feet. As if that were the reason my feet were taking a beating. I felt like the towels were a bit overused and crusty too. He didn't help me get my shoes on or remove the paper towels stuffed between my toes when it was time to go. A pedicure shouldn't hurt. And my feet are in pretty good shape. It was unnecessary roughness. After the pain wears off I'll be able to enjoy the cuteness. I guess. But I'm not a "beauty is pain" advocate. If this had been my first time ever having a pedicure, i'd become toe wolf woman because I'd never get another one. A pained pedicure with a smile. And uncomfortable crusty seats. No thanks! I will say this...if I worked there I would've walked out because of two of the customers sneezing and hacking (I wore a mask). So kudos to those who provide these services through hell, high water and covid. But....if you're gonna do all of that, then do it properly. Peace to Palatial palace. If the palace is like this...I'll live in the fields with the peasants. read more

this place is very cute and was packed on a monday early evening. the location is super convenient. i got a regular gel manicure and pedicure. the lady filed one of my nails so hard that the skin started bleeding so that was already concerning. the gel mani looked good for a day and then the polish on my thumb started peeling the very next day. it peeled off in one part and then started to in other nails too. i don't think the gel was cured correctly. it was annoying bc i don't live there and i got a hard to find/match nail color. so i just walked around with a chipped gel nail until i recently got them redone somewhere else ‍ also while i was there, a woman had gotten a pedicure. left and came back because she said her cuticles were bleeding and she was requesting a refund. a little too scissor happy here. read more

I had the most incredible pedicure of my life! Heather was so sweet and very thorough. It's was super relaxing until the eyebrow waxing. DO NOT GET YOUR BROWS WAXXED HERE! They charged me $20 and they did a horrible uneven shape I just needed a clean up and my left brow became significantly shorter. When I confronted them about it the brow woman said "brows are uneven and you never had hair there" which is false. I have relatively even long line brows. She kept trying to make her case instead of owning up to the fact that she made a mistake which really upset me. Now I have to figure out how to do make up on my brows till it grows back. Again pedicure was amazing! Brows are trash, I'm literally blown away like it's hard to fukk up my brows but she managed to do it. I'm almost impressed, lol. But yeah still go there just don't do your brows there. Will the owner just gimme my $20 back? read more

Not a great experience at all. First the lady who did my nails cut me multiple times while filing them and it's been 4 days and my nails are already chipped and broken. I paid 50$ for dip nails. They do the best job and it's the only place I've found where my nails don't break easily. I also get pedicures and they do an amazing job. He was extremely rough on the foot scrub,he took off a good piece of my skin and it's still healing after 1week and 6 days! Outrageous! I saw him looking at it alot after he was done and not even a sorry was said from him!! When I brought to his attention that I was bleeding all he did was put rubbing alcohol. (Thank you to the miss who was doing my hands who gave me a bandaid.) But the worst part after being in pain ,I WAS STILL CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE. I don't know about you guys , but when I go to get my nails and toes done, I don't expect to be hurt especially this badly. It was my first and last time EVER going there again! Super cute nail salon in Beverly Hills. Went here with a friend for my birthday to get pampered. We had the Mani Pedi Combo and the nail artists gave us special care and were super friendly. They get a lot of walk-ins, so make sure to call beforehand. The salon was very clean and aware of the hygiene standards. Each customer gets a new set of clippers and files. Don't get a pedicure here because they'll send you out with wet toenails in the freaking street. What. I got the luxe pedicure and everything was going lovely. Comfortable seating, nice service, had my nails diligently cut and painted. Cool decor and atmosphere. Then the nail salon worker put those paper-thin foam flip flops on my feet that you get at most salons, and led me to the front. Where I assumed I'd be sitting at the manicure table with a foot dryer. No...she asks me to pay and hands me my sneakers and socks in a plastic bag. I was just so perplexed and shellshocked. I still paid for my service and gave a nice tip, but WTF?!? I've been getting pedicures for a couple years and it's reasonable to expect that your nails will be dried before you leave. Whether it's with a dryer or just sitting in another chair and lounging for about half an hour. Where you can leave with the shoes you came in with!!! I had to schlep six blocks to my bus stop with wet toenails, and barely any protection from the elements with crappy flip flops NOT DESIGNED FOR OUTDOOR USE. What the HELL kind of service is that? That's like if I went to a coffee shop and they gave me a cup of coffee beans and milk and charged me $10 for the privilege. No other nail salon I've ever been to in my nearly 40 years ever shoved me out the door after paying and a nice tip with F-in wet nails. Do not recommend if you just want a nice pedicure and to leave with your shoes on. read more
