But have to say that they do not portray the 7 year warranty they offer correctly! Instead they use it as a selling point! What I mean is that I was told multiple times that I had a 7 year 125 miles warranty on a truck I bought in 23 but went to use the warranty this year and was advised it was no longer valid! That the 7 years from the year model of the vehicle you purchased not the year when you purchased the vehicle....So 5 years of the 7 years was already gone when I purchased it! They are still saying the same things to customers and misrepresenting how the warranty actually works! When I tried to warn customers they BLOCKED me from their page! It was the extend warranty they offer on used vehicle purchases and I was told I was covered for 7 years or 125 thousand miles from purchase not year model. I even had a current sales person tell me I was wrong and that I should still have warranty as he was using that as a selling point! So they are misleading the sales employees as well as the customer! BAD BUSINESS Oh well ...I will never do business with them again!

I dropped it off and agreed that I would leave it over night because it looked like they were busy and the adviser told me they probably would not get to it on the scheduled service time. My vehicle was there 4 days and I didn't receive an update, so I called to see what the problem was. the adviser told me that they didn't find anything wrong and they were going to have someone look at it again on Monday(6th day). I was called on Monday with information that was not worth talking about or solving my issue. I emailed the General Manager on the 9th day and he never responded. On the 11th day I became unsatisfied with the lack of urgency that this company showed at solving my problem, so I went to pick up my vehicle. Before I explain how my visit went upon my arrival to pick up my vehicle, I would like to add that I was texted and emailed more times about trading my vehicle for a new one, than them calling to give a update. The only good experience I had was picking up my vehicle, Kristy and Zack were very professional. I could go on and on about them, I was very impressed with them and could tell they were embarrassed without saying it. I really hate that this business has drove me away from ever doing business with them again. We just purchased a vehicle from them last year, I thought I was doing a good deed by patronizing this local business. In the future,I'll definitely avoid this place. Last but not least, my vehicle was there 11 days and nothing was accomplished, not even the oil change that I requested.. Onstar tells it all, vehicle moved once in 11 days. SMH

I took the vehicle to an authorized GM dealer where they discovered low coolant and oil levels. The issue was corrected, but in less than a month the levels were back down. The deal determined that there must be a coolant leak and that GM would need to authorize repairs, but before doing this they requested a coolant consumption test. After conducting the test we discovered that the vehicle had a complete engine rebuild at roughly 4-5K miles and was poorly repaired resulting in coolant leaking into the oil. Additionally, parts were missing - a flywheel cover and heat shield. Basically the car was a lemon, sold at full price by Hutchinson Ford (there's also a Hutchinson GMC). This has to be the most shady dealership ever. I'm now working directly with GM and a legal team to figure out what action can be taken to get the vehicle repaired. Ultimately, GM never should have put the car back on the road without proper inspection and Hutchinson Ford's own mechanics should be fired for missing basic stuff in their own Blue Certified inspection (which ain't crap).

Mason McGee greeted me at the door with a smile and made the entire process worry-free. There was absolutely no pressure, which made me very comfortable with my decision. I will definitely refer him to all of my family and friends!

22Ford F350 Part 1- Our experience at Countryside Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Madison GA was BAD. So bad…read morethat it is almost unbelievable that this situation could really happen. Buckle up because this will be long and wild. Since we are out of state, 10 hours out of state, we had to inquire though the website and text/phone conversations. We ended up talking to two salesman and one manager to get all the info and details figured out. They had listed it at $58,988 online and we finally agreed on $58,000 plus our state tax. We decided to fly into the airport, and they would come get us, we would buy the truck and drive it 10 hours home. The salesman that picked us up was very nice. However, it felt like he was delaying us getting there because he stopped at the gas station and got on the phone. When he was finished, about 15 minutes later, we continued our drive. We arrived around 10:30am to the dealership. He said they were washing it, so we went to fill out some general paperwork. Then he took us to see the truck while it was still being washed. My husband checked the dipstick, and it was low in oil. It seemed odd since they said it was just serviced but we liked the truck, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued. The salesman apologized and agreed to fill it up and the DEF as well. We went back inside to fill out some more papers. They had us sign an "AS IS" paper saying it is normal in the state of GA to no have any dealer warranty on a used car. We felt that it was odd but we wanted the truck, so we agreed. Then they told us that they didn't realize our state had these other fees and said we would owe another $1200 or $1300. We questioned it since we agreed on $58k plus our state tax. The manager came over and continued to argue that this was still $58k on the truck but he didn't realize there were these other fees. I was not happy with this because I know they "couldn't take less money because they would loose money" so to me, this was a way to get all of the money for the sale possible from someone that already decided to come 10hours out of state and then "oops I forgot you have to pay this, its not coming out of my $58k". We don't like this either, but we let it go because we still want the truck. Next, we get to drive the truck. The cleaner brings it around and its defiantly not as clean as I would have expected since he was cleaning it before and during us being there, but we figure who cares, we can clean it later. The salesman drives it off the lot and every turn, stop, start or general moving, the truck is making a super loud squeak/creek/erck noise. We question it, and the salesman just shrugs it off saying its normal. As he turns on the signal to turn, I hear it blinking abnormally fast. I asked about it, and he said we can check when we switch drivers. My husband walks around the truck as he does both side blinkers and sees no bulb out however it is fast blinking both ways. This is odd, but we continue. As my husband puts the truck in drive, the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON! We tell the salesman, and he said really? Ok let's take it back. So, we went back to the dealer. As we are waiting for them to pull it in the shop my husband crawls under it. He sees that someone has cut the entire floor out of the bed of the truck and replaced it with a brand-new floor. He knows this because you can see the new metal shavings sitting in the bottom of the fender and all the pop rivets around the whole underneath of the bed edge. Plus, when you push on the tailgate or grab the side of the bed and pull it you can hear that loud squeak. We immediately ask the salesman, and he says he has no idea about that. At his point we are super frustrated. We can see the manager inside watching the situation unfold and he stays at his desk. Not only did we come all this way, but all these little things are adding up to be very sketchy and we trust no one at this point. They pull the truck into the shop, and we wait, and wait. As we are waiting, I see the two young mechanics shaking the truck bed and laughing at the loud noise it's making. We are then called into the shop with the shop manager, and he proceeds to tell us this long-winded story of how good their mechanics are at working on Fords even though this is a Dodge dealer. They knew that it threw a code before for a nox sensor, so they replaced the front one and drove it for about 30 miles with no more check engine light, so they thought it was good. But now that it had the light again, the rear nox sensor is bad. They say they will replace it. My husband then asks about the truck bed floor and why it's new. The shop manager says he has no idea what we are talking about. He said they wouldn't see that because they only do a safety inspection and general overview. My husband questioned how they didn't see it with the metal shavings in the fender since they said they replaced the brakes and rotors. They said they just wouldn't and didn't see it.

Before buying, I paid over $200 for a pre-purchase inspection at Five Star Ford, where I was told the truck was 100% good to go with no issues. After the purchase, I noticed oil on the ground beneath the truck. Initially, I thought it could've been from something minor like a filter change, but when I brought it back to Five Star Ford, a technician outright confirmed in front of me that the truck was leaking oil and that this was observed the day of the inspection. Despite this, the oil leak--and apparently other issues--were omitted from the inspection report I paid for. I requested an updated inspection report from the general manager to reflect the oil leak and any other undisclosed problems, but he refused to provide one. It's clear to me that these dealerships worked together to push the sale while failing to document known issues with the truck. While the price was adjusted slightly after I initially mentioned seeing oil, I feel misled and disappointed by the lack of transparency and professionalism from both dealerships. I'd like an explanation for how this happened and what steps will be taken to make this right. Looks to be a reason this place is rated only 1.8 out of 5.

On day 10 I called to check status of my vehicle again and he told me they were still running diagnostics. I talked to Jennifer Readett (customer relations) when I arrived and she went to see if she could rectify the situation. I told her I would leave my vehicle in her hands since I never could get a true answer from Brandon. I went back home and maybe an hour later, Jennifer called and notified my that my vehicle was repaired. She (Jennifer Readett) gets an OUTSTANDING review from me but the dishonesty from my agent left me appalled. I figured I would get better service since I bought my last couple of trucks from 5 Star. The repair of my vehicle was a reset of the video system and took less than 30 mins...My vehicle should not have been in the shop for 10 days.
