I drive over an hour to get look at a spartan mower. Overall the experience was great. They took the time to explain everything to me never felt pressured to buy a bigger model. I felt they were strictly giving the information I needed so that I could make an informed decision. Price was the best I found around. I added a few small upgrades at a super reasonable price. All the staff I met were very polite. The other shoppers that stopped while I was there seemed very happy with their service as well. I never thought I would come back after my purchase just because of the drive but I think I was wrong. This place is definitely a great mom and pop shop that I wish we had in my home town.

After using the bet to search for a repair center, came upon this small, independent shop. I always use "local" when I can and try to stay away from the huge, big box companies. Took this saw to them & within 15 minutes, Len had the saw repaired plus he patiently answered all my questions. When i asked what the charge was, he stated that there would be "no charge" as he also learned about my saw. This would help him should he ever encounter this item/problem again. I have a 2 lawn mowers & 1 snow blower needing repair & this "local" company WILL be getting all my business in the future. Upon looking at our mower, they told us it would be best to not even go through the trouble of a diagnostic test...it simply would not be worth their time and OUR money. How freaking honest was that? You never get that anywhere else I have been. Upon realizing we needed to replace our old mower, the owner suggested buying a used one from them that they had in stock. It was the perfect replacement for us, and we felt good about purchasing from people who actually work on mowers. They have been kind, sincere and patient listening and solving every issue. To my delight had obscure parts in stock. Provided advice on how to install the parts. When I bought a new blade and couldn't install it, I brought the unit in and they replaced it relatively quickly and at a reasonable fee. Offered to help load the equipment in my vehicle. 100% satisfaction. They have a steady stream of customers seeking care, advice and assistance. It appears home and business owners. Show room is very organized, packed with new equipment on display, with knowledgeable sales folks I briefly met. Prior to my satisfactory and successful visits, I skimmed several prior Yelp review profiles and saw some 1's and was skeptical. However, Weingartz reality I experienced is not at all like those posts. It's near impossible to provide the service, staff, expertise, and stock innumerable parts to service everyone with malfunctioning busted old equipment. They have a very broad selection of merchandise to include clothing, hunting gear, animal, food, barbecue stuff, tools, and the list goes on and on to include live chickens and ducks! Nice! I specifically came to this store as they are the only store in the area that sells lumberjack wood pellets for barbecue smokers. These are some of the best pellets you can buy and if you are serious about how you do your barbecue, they are one of only two pellet brands I use with the other one being bear Mountain. The price was cheap in my mind, $10 for 20 lbs, with a nice selection of pellets to choose from. The only other option to get these pellets in our area is buy Internet purchase for a SIGNIFICANTLY more money! Overall, a nice country style store with a huge selection where if you are in the area, you should definitely check them out as I believe this chain is fairly new to Michigan
