The first thing we noticed was how QUIET it is. Our old condenser was so loud that you always knew when it kicked on. Elliot was clear and patient in explaining our options, and there were no bullshit salesman tactics. Straight shooter. The install was done well and at a reasonable price. The only complaint or reservation I had was something to do with some positioning of how some pipe was run. It stuck out a bit more than I think it would have if they used a bit more pipe and put a few more bends in it. It's a relatively minor issue and doesn't affect the operation of the system, just some closet access stuff where I'm worried about someone bumping into it. We wound up hiring a 3rd party handyman to brace the pipe, to be a bit more on the safe side. Our experience with Greenwood was positive, with only the above, minor issue. I'd still strongly recommend them.
