Oh. My. God. That's what me and my friend said repeatedly after dining at The Garden Cafe…read morerecently. She was visiting from Maryland and wanted a real southern meal. I have never been but it was suggested to me to take her here. Upon arriving we parked in the large gravel parking lot. There was a beautiful rustic garden area with lots of seating, a fountain with live turtles and hanging lights making this spot a great place to hang out with a drink on a pleasant night. The front of the cafe has lots of amazing items like handmade soaps, honey, syrups, sauces, kitchen utensils and other merchandise. It was fun to look around as we waited for our reservation time to come. Escorted to our table we passed by a bar area that would be nice if you were waiting for your table and could have a drink. The main dining area held a lot of booths with some tables in the middle of the room. I think the booths gave you a certain amount of privacy and also keep the volume low so it was easy to converse with your company. Also on our table I noticed a tag with my name, reservation time and how many was expected. It was held in place with an old style clothes pin. Very cute touch and nice to see how organized they were. Our server was very attentive and answered all our questions about the items we were interested in ordering. We both ordered sweet tea with our meal and they came in what I have to believe were old fashioned jelly or jam jars! It was so appropriate! Also I barely could get my tea down a quarter of the way before she showed back up and topped off our drinks! The tea tasted like it had been sitting on the back porch all day soaking up the sun. It was just the right amount of sweet too! After we ordered we quickly got a basket of warm rolls and butter and a side salad. The salad was very bright and looked fresh and was served with dressing on the side which my friend liked. She ordered the Jereline's Chicken. It was two breaded chicken breasts, served w/ pepper gravy over mashed potatoes. I had a taste of the chicken and the breading was light and seasoned lovely and it was very juicy. I ordered the Pecan Crusted Chicken sandwich, which was fried pecan breaded chicken, lettuce, bacon, red onion on a crusty hoagie roll minus the honey Dijon. My side of fries came in what I would call a strawberry pint container. Too cute! The fries were hot and crispy! The nutty flavor of the pecans with the smokey flavor from the bacon made this sandwich a real winner! Even though the dinners filled us up there was no way we could pass up dessert. Be aware their menu does change as I was looking forward to the creme brulee but was absolutely not missing it after ordering their bourbon pecan pie. It came warm, the crust was flaky and the fresh whip cream really added to the whole bite. My friend was deeply satisfied that she got her southern meal and I couldn't stop saying "oh my god" all the way home. It was just an overall very enjoyable experience.

My first meal there was shrimp & grits, which was great - very flavorful and salty. Another time, I had the salmon with creamy grits. The salmon was firm (overcooked), but the flavor was good. The grits were 10/10. My family had burgers, fried mushrooms, and filet mignon, all of which they said were good. The service is friendly and attentive. I have never had an anything less than a pleasant interaction with any of the staff. Be sure to plan ahead with a reservation. Ours took 2 weeks to get!

We were seated right away, and although the restaurant was busy, it never felt crowded or chaotic. The whole place had a clean, comfortable vibe, and the fun hunting‑lodge décor added a lot of character without feeling over the top. Our server was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and all smiles from the moment she greeted us. She checked in often enough to make sure we had everything we needed but never hovered. It made the meal feel relaxed and easy. I ordered the Turkey Avocado Smash sandwich, which was tasty and fresh. I'm not usually a big fan of sweet potato fries, but these were cooked well and surprisingly good. My wife went with the boneless wings. They weren't her favorite, but she's had the bone‑in wings at other Twin Peaks locations and really enjoyed those, so she'll definitely go back to her usual next time. Overall, we had a great lunch and will return for future meals. The atmosphere, service, and menu make it a spot we're excited to come back to--and it looks like a fun place to spend a game day as there are plenty of TVs viewable from all over the restaurant.

The…read moreatmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a sports lodge--tons of TVs everywhere so you can catch every game, but with that rustic outdoor theme too. Mounted game fish, moose, and deer heads give it that hunting-lodge vibe, which actually makes it a fun place to hang out and watch sports. We started with the Billionaire Bacon appetizer--six slices of bacon described as thick-cut, hickory-smoked and candied with brown sugar, red chile flakes, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cayenne. The flavor description was accurate, but the bacon itself really wasn't thick-cut and could've been much crispier. For the price, I expected better. If it had been thicker and crispy, it might've been worth it, but I probably won't order that again. My girlfriend ordered the Southwest Salad, and that dish absolutely delivered. It was a heaping portion topped with perfectly cooked sliced sirloin steak and shrimp, plus mixed greens, carrots, pico de gallo, roasted corn, black beans, pepper jack, and a jalapeño honey vinaigrette. She absolutely loved it. She also got a side of coleslaw, which was surprisingly delicious and a great addition to the meal. She paired everything with the Dirty Blonde beer, which definitely made up for the disappointing appetizer. I went with the naked garlic Parmesan wings and a side Caesar salad. Both were delicious. The wings were fried perfectly--crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside--and the flavor was spot on. I was very satisfied with them. Service was great as well. We actually had two servers because one was in training, and both of them were attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. Overall, I'd rate our experience a 4.5 out of 5. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were all really good, and we had a fun time. If not for the underwhelming Billionaire Bacon, this would've easily been a full 5. We'll definitely be back--just skipping that appetizer next time.

Fun to see the old theater and the kids with us enjoyed looking around. The music was a little loud, but we did let the server know and they did turn it down for us. We had a group 8. The food was good, maybe a little small in portions. We almost all ordered the crab cake Benedict and the ham Benedict. We also ordered the cheesecake, the crème brûlée and the coconut cake. They were all really good, but I would note the crème brûlée had I believe tea in it? It wasn't just a traditional flavor but it was delicious! I do want to comment on experience. I was with my 8 month old son, who can't eat runny eggs. I ordered the crab cake Benedict and I asked to swap the poached egg to scrambled egg so I could share with my son. The server let me know he was going to check with the chef. He came back right before the plate was dropped off and said "The chef will not be doing that substitution for you". I acknowledge this is an abnormal substitution for eggs Benedict, but I was surprised and disappointed that the chef couldn't make this simple accommodation.

I have Celiac Disease so I have to be very careful where I eat. I found Clover Harvest, read several reviews and called to talk to them to be sure I could eat there. I am so glad we decided to have dinner there! The inside is very cozy with music playing and friendly staff. They were very knowledgeable about gluten free and I felt confident in them. While we waited on our food my husband ordered a Smoky old fashioned and I had a Chardonnay. When our food arrived we were so impressed! I ordered a bone in pork chop with roasted Brussel sprouts and mashed sweet potatoes. The pork chops were topped with mustard onions. It was the best pork chop I have ever eaten! My husband ordered a burger with fingerling potatoes. Everything was cooked perfectly. For desert my husband had banana pudding and I had a gluten free fudge truffle pie. AMAZING!!! We are here for a few more days and plan to have another meal there before we leave. The prices were good for the amount of food served. The restaurant is very clean and is a lot larger than it appears from the outside. They also have outdoor seating and if you're in the mood for Corn hole they have a game set up for you. Highly recommend this restaurant!
