I went here because I was staying at a lake house nearby and couldn't wait until I was home to go to my usual nail place. I desperately needed a gel fill and a pedicure. First, this place is a dump. It's actually scary looking from the outside. She started with my pedicure, the massage was the only nice thing about it. It took her forever to paint my nails. She never added any soap or anything to the water. Never did my cuticles... and barely scrubbed my feet. My gel fill took one hour and 45 minutes!!! I almost got up and left before done I was so uncomfortable. She was bending and squeezing my fingers while looking like she has never done a fill before. I got home and 3 nails had the corners chipped off!! I have never seen that before. I spent 85$ Go to sunnys salon in Portland!!!!! That's a real salon!!! read more

I went there to get a gel manicure and it was a horrible experience. First, they didn't let me pick a color, she sat me down and put the acetone cotton balls on my fingers with the foil, and then gave me the little sticks to pick a color, so of course I was fumbling with them with giant balls of tin foil on my fingers and the nail lady got annoyed she had to fix them. Then, when she was doing my nails, she kept pulling my arm and rolling her eyes because I wasn't moving my hand the way she wanted, and even told me after one coat of polish that "oh you did good that round" in a very condescending way. I've gotten my nails done for years, I don't sit there with stiff hands so I was extremely confused, I've never had a nail tech give me this sort of attitude. Then, she was holding the bottle in the same hand that she was holding my hand, and my fingers are long so they kept touching the bottle opening, I had to hold my finger up and back to not touch it, and she was getting annoyed at me for that! Rolling her eyes, huffing, and looking me straight in the eye while doing those things. It was the worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon, I will never go back. read more

Traveling into a new area always makes me nervous about getting my mail done but when it is absolutely necessary I check Yelp and FB. I was very pleasantly surprised to this salon. They practice above and beyond COVID standards. Temperature check, masks, face shields, and shields between the tech and the customer at every station, including the pedicure stationAnd oh! Does not sanitize properly, reuses files, buffing blocks, and unsanitized drill bits. Went to get my gel set filled and all was going well until the design, I asked if we should do something else after three failed attempts and they said no so that came out wonky. But on top of that at the end instead of wiping the gel sticky layer off will alcohol they wiped it with acetone completely ruining the top coat. At that point I just wanted to leave and I ended up redoing th top coat and design at home. Definitely would not recommend visiting. read more

I have been going to this place for manicures once a week for about 2 months, I always make appointments with the same person after having a bad experience with someone else. Today I had an appt for 11 because I have an event to go to this evening and have another appt at 12:30 to go to. I got there and they said my person was doing a pedicure so could I come back at 12:30!! NO! They offered the other person I had a bad experience with. So awful. Never going back again! This nail salon is top notch. It's beautifulmy decorated, very clean and owned by a very sweet women. My nails were a mess. Maria, the manicurist that took care the of me dI'd such an awesome job. She cleaned up my dry ragged cuticles and polished my nails beautifully. The neck and shoulder massage was heavenly. I would HIGHLY recommend a visit to this nail salon. read more

If I could give half a star or no stars I would. Awful! My friend and I got into the place which is completely empty at 4pm. The nail tech was so insensitive to me for the fact that I thought the water was hot for my pedicure. I'm a little sensitive to hot water. Then he was very impatient for when I didn't take my feet out of the water or back in. Seems to rush the entire process. It's not busy, they close in an hour. They can take the time to be pleasant and do a good job without rushing. He put far too much lotion on my legs and feet and didn't do a very good job with that massaging. If I am going to pay $30 for a pedicure I expect a decent job and not to feel rushed. It should be a good pampering session. I will definitely not come back here and I will find someone who takes pride in their job and giving the customer the best possible experience. read more

A great place to get a little pampering! The staff are always friendly and respectful. I don't go there to talk non stop but they remember me every visit. I too have gone at the end of the day and like all of us, they are ready to go home but were still professional and did a great job. I have gone in to get chips repaired on my gel manicures at no charge. I am a regular customer but what I have observed when I have been there, is they treat everyone well. read more
