Everything was flavorful, fresh, and delicious. The kimchi pancakes were definitely my favorite.. we loved them so much that we ended up ordering a second order! This was a great introduction to Korean cuisine, and I really enjoyed getting to try so many different dishes. The service was friendly, the food came out in a timely manner, and we had a wonderful dinner experience. If I'm ever back in town again, I'll definitely be stopping by. We had to wait 25 minutes to get refill of hot tea and refill of side dishes. And then we had to wait another 10+ minutes to get to go boxes. The service was excellent, and like the LA locations, they handle the grilling for you (a premium touch you don't always find at local KBBQ spots). The menu and pricing are very similar to what you'd expect from the brand. ​I did notice a slight dip in food quality compared to LA. The meat there tends to be leaner, the seasoning is a bit more refined, and they are much more proactive about swapping out the grill plate between different cuts of meat. That said, chain standards are usually highest in LA, so that's a tough comparison. ​Overall, it's still a fantastic experience. If you're a first-timer or comparing it to other options in the Lynnwood area, I definitely recommend giving Baekjeong a try!
