Four star just because of the staff! The staff was very kind, welcoming and made my stay enjoyable! My room was clean and i slept well. Not a lot of food options around but over all had a good experience for an airport hotel.

Awesome way to start your morning with the birds chirping, a summer Breeze and a nice cozy fire

The hotel itself is fine. Spacious rooms at an acceptable price. However, they are very misleading with the marketing of this location. Their catchphrase is "Stay, park, fly". Their property listing on Hotels.com lists FREE PARKING as the number one feature of the hotel, as well as FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE. We checked in prior to a flight for a 4 day trip, and let the front desk know our car would be there for 4 days, ready to provide information about the vehicle, plate number, etc. When we notified the front desk, the staff member not only notified us that we would be charged $20 per night for parking, but even after we showed them the hotel listing info that did not disclose this fee, she was actually rather confrontational with an attitude of 'pay it, or go somewhere else'. The parking while away was literally the ONLY reason we even got a hotel room near the airport. Many other hotels near DFW provide free shuttle services and do not charge a parking fee. We found parking elsewhere, but definitely not a good way to start our trip.

Very nice and clean. My go to hideaway whenever I'm in Dallas. The rooms are very spacious, the shower feels amazing. Easy parking and access to the highway.

Fantastic Stay! I highly recommend The Hyatt Place! It's located within minutes to the rental car center, and 10 minutes to DFW airport. Close to dining, restaurants, stores such as Walmart, and more. They give you the convenience of allowing you to check-in online, and you receive an email when your room is ready. When I arrived to the hotel to collect my key Anthea assisted me. She was fantastic, and very pleasant. I was completely shocked when she walked around the counter and stood directly in front of me, handed me my key and told me about the amenities, breakfast, and asked me if I had any questions, then she thanked me for my stay and shook my hand. I travel a lot and this was absolutely the best service I've ever received anywhere. Thanks so much for the premier, welcoming Anthea! The room was fantastic too... it was extremely clean, spacious, smelled amazing, and the bed was so comfortable (wish I could take it home). The pillows were feather I think and were so fluffy and comfy as well! Breakfast was just ok, and nothing special. Day one there were pancakes, bacon, eggs, and the typical Continental breakfast. Day two all I saw were eggs, sausages and the Continental items. The pan with the pancakes/waffles was empty. My only suggestion is for the breakfast staff to keep all of the food items replenished. I forgot my toothbrush at home and the staff provided me with a courtesy toothbrush and toothpaste (what a lifesaver). Overall, this was an awesome stay. I highly recommend the Hyatt Place if you ever find yourself in the Dallas and surrounding area. Oh, I drove to Frisco, Plano, and Little Elm while I was here and they all were fairly close to the hotel as well. Within a 35 minute drive depending on the route you choose. Thanks so much for the great stay!!!

Easy check in..No upgrade if Hyatt Loyalty but that's normal now..super close to terminal C, less than 10 minute walk or take shuttle..awesome room view if airport, room 1369..food decent at Aces in lobby area.

The Hyatt Place in Fort Worth was very clean. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was immaculate and very roomy. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located at the airport and close to many restaurants. They offer a Shuttle service for guests.

When I asked for a refund for that night (since we were checking out on time and they had plenty of time to flip the room and book it before the weekend), I was told that the system wouldn't let them due to restrictions on the corporate side. So I called the corporate helpline. At which point I was told, the manager of the hotel refused to give me a refund and that was within his right due to fine print (we could only cancel a room 72hrs in advance, so prior to us even booking the first night ‍). I went back to the front desk and asked for compassion from the manager as it's 100% in his discretion, it's bad enough having to change flights and leave a city a day early due to family emergency, don't add insult to my injury. However, the manager (Rahul Sharma), didn't care and let us know Best Western Doesn't Give A S*** about my business or my problems. All that said, it wasn't a great stay to begin with, the room temp was inconsistent and it needed a deep cleaning. I recommend, if you're starting in the Euless area, try the La Quinta across the street.

I never in all my hotel reviews mention sheets. But these were so soft and cozy here I am talking about them. I could have laid in that bed all day from the sheets alone. Bravo there. They have a bar which is open at night so you can hang out and socialize with your fellow travelers. Many airline staff stay here. Arcenio and Tyrone at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Lots of parking all around the building. The room was so nice. I always like kitchenettes because you can make your own meals. And a full size fridge - yay! We stored leftovers in there so I would have food the day he was busy. The microwave display did annoy me when reflected by the full length hall mirror into my eyes while trying to sleep. So he fashioned a cover of sorts. The bed was the hardness I liked but the pillows too soft for my taste. You can hear the noise of the freeway and planes but you get used to it. The walls are not that thick so you can hear your neighbors' conversations. Ironing supplies and hair dryer provided. Breakfast was fine. We only ate one day as we're both not breakfast people when traveling. Fitness center was nice and large so I could have space for yoga. Peloton bike not working which aggravated another guest. Hand towels provided. The pool area had towels as well but not large ones to drape on the lounge chairs so I brought a room bath towel to lay on. No hot tub and the pool water was cold even in the sun. The patio/bbq area was pleasant to relax in. You can watch the planes fly overhead and sometimes the engine noise disrupted conversation. Late check out is noon. They have transportation to take you to restaurants within a 3 mile radius so you can grab a meal or Uber eats is free delivery to guests I believe. Hotel is lovely in decor. I liked the light fixtures and amenities. They have a meeting room you can hold events in. I recommend. Close proximity to airport is a plus but it is farther from activities and downtown.
