And seemed to act hella annoyed with me. I basically dropped off a bed frame to be returned over two weeks ago, and she basically said she couldn't help me, if I don't have the tracking number then I needed to call customer service which she didn't provide. Which is fine. But she was not kind at all. She was short, and rude. I am out $300 dollars for a package that seems to be lost by them. The store is smaller than some other UPS stores I've seen. They have a limited supply of items for sell for shipping than I've seen in other stores. For Amazon packages you just have to make sure to bring a printed label or you'll get charged for print out. I think it's around $1. Also, if you bring something large back from Amazon you need it packed in a box. Get in, get out and great service this is why I will continue coming to this UPS store
