Great food but the worst service imaginable. Masala dosa and chili-onion uthampum were great. Samosas were perfect. Idlis were wonderful. However, the service - or lack thereof - will test your patience. Second time I went I gave up on the "dosa buffet" after realizing it would take 20-25 minutes to get each dosa. I ate a couple the cut my losses and left. There is a lack of communication and organization, the first time I went the waiter was in a corner on his phone and I needed to find him to ask him where we should sit. Ordered paneer biryani, Malai kofta, paneer butter masala and samosas. The paneer biryani was the best one I had in Denver. The masala on the paneer in the biryani was very good. The Malai kofta and the paneer butter masala tasted really good. Would definitely recommend this place read more

One of the worst food in Denver. I would not visit again. We visited this place for the 1st time yesterday evening and ordered idly. Idly served was a joke. It was like a hard slab. Sambhar was like water. We called the server and they said it's because of the unlimited dosa night we are busy and so this quality. We wanted to talk with the owner but looks he was not there. If you are a party of six or more they include the tip in the bill, which is ok, but they pretend it not and try to charge you twice. I spent 30 mins with the manager trying to explain to him they charged me twice. My food bill was $85 and I tipped the server $15. I asked for a receipt which was texted to me where I saw they had already charged me $12.60 as gratuity. So I figured it was an honest mistake but when I saw the server arguing with me how gratuity is different than a tip I was not happy. After spending 30 mins there they said my bill was fixed when I left I noticed that the total amount did not change they just included the gratuity in the amount before tax. Long story short, they are very shady don't know why. Always ask for a receipt, indeed ask for a paper receipt. read more

I ordered Goat Dum biryani and it was the worst biryani I ever had. Meat was so raw and the rice nor the pieces had any flavour of biryani in it. Also I felt it is not even fresh the meat was stinking badly. Would never ever recommend anyone to hyderabad house. I would rate it zero. read more

Came here for lunch with a coworker. It took a little long (a little over an hour) to get seated, eat and leave, but the food was very good! We ordered a lentil dish and Tandoori chicken, and then were told about the Biryani dishes that come with a lot of sides. We ended up ordering that too, and obviously had too much food for two. But everything we had was delicious! I especially loved the side curry dishes that came with the Biryani. The lentil dish (Dal takda sp?) is one of my favorite Indian dishes and it was a little bland at this location, but had very good spice, so it made up for that. The food here is awesome. I lived in Hyderabad for a year and this is the best biryani I've had here in the States! I'm only giving this restaurant three stars because the service is terrible. I know in India it is more customary to have to "track down waiters," but it's different here. The service needs to be better and they need to be more attentive. Poor service and terrible wait time. They give a standard 30 minutes waiting upon check in and even if the tables are free, they are not calling the people who wait there. I went there Sunday night some of my friends recommended me to go there. When I went there it was pretty slow. They gave me seat after 10 min which is pretty cool but I had to wait for 45-1hour, for them to give me appetizer which was annoying and the manager was so rude to me. Told me to walk out cuz I was pissed. And was not giving me a good service and charged me service Fee. The food was pretty good but you guys need to fix your servers and manager.At least treat your customer with respect. You don't ever tell your customer to walk out from the restaurant . The food was decent. The service, not so much. We ordered a handful of dosa and biryanis for the table. Everything took a little while before they brought it out- much longer than we thought since we were the only table in the restaurant. The menu has almost no descriptions for alot of the food. It leaves one wondering what the heck is this stuff that I cant even pronounce. I asked the server about a couple of things, and he didn't do a great job explaining it either. Frustrated and lost, I decided to go for the dosa, something I DO KNOW. When we got it, it was flakier than the dosa that I have had in the past at other restaurants. I'm not sure this is what its supposed to be like but I liked it. We all finished with our meals. Some of our waters were empty the entire meal, we weren't asked for a refill even once and the servers (including our very own server) sat in the corner and started enjoying their dinner as well. We looked at each other wondering what the heck is going on? We asked for a little more water and the check then rushed out of there so we would not be a disturbance to the staff. The front of the house staff needs a lot, I mean A LOT of attention and management. Maybe Ill just order takeout moving forward. read more

Their veg dum biryani and mirchi ka salan tastes authentic and is to die for... we ordered biryani several times here the last 10 days we were in Denver and were not disappointed. There was an issue with a to go order one time and Kumar resolved our issue over the phone... The next time we are in Denver, we are definitely coming back here.... A tad bit more cleanliness could make this place awesome to dine! read more

Great food, one of the best Indian restaurants in Denver. Authentic flavors, good portion size and reasonably priced. Only complaint is to improve the interior decor and remove boxes of stuff lying everywhere. Also, please don't use water bottles. It's such a waste and generates so much plastic trash. Tried the chicken briyani platter today, the briyani tasted like homemade cooking, nothing special, the curries that came with the briyani are good. The place is packed today if you'd like to eat lunch better go before 11:30 otherwise it's packed. I ordered spicy and it is truely spicy. I only found 1 piece (chicken thigh) in my briyani. Went there for buffet last week buffet had a lot of stale food. Old cold chicken and rice was so dry and hard to chew buffet items is not worth dollars u spend! This is my second time at this restaurant. We ordered a chicken biryani since the Mutton biryani was not available. Biryani was really good , it was similar to Hyderabad Bawarchi dum biryani. Quantity was huge for the price . Chicken 65 was good too. Definitely the best biryani in this area. read more

Was there over the weekend. Food was terrible and service was bad as well. We ordered samosas for appetizer and mango lassi and we specifically asked them to bring it before the main course, but lo and behold, our main course came out first and when we reminded them about lassi and samosas. There was no apology for the miss! Mysore masala dosa was not crispy at all and the pooris were very thick and not fried properly, We complained about the dosa and we were told that only plain masala dosa can be made crispy. So, we asked them to bring us one of those and to our dismay that was very soft as well. Looked like the dough had not fermented and had no taste at all. Very disappointing meal. The food is very tasty and quite authentic. The service is good though a bit slow sometimes, but we don't mind that. It has a bakery too with an eclectic selection. I've only had the salty cookies (like a salty/sweet shortbread) and love them. Strangely, they give you water in a plastic bottle. A real waste when they can easily use the plastic glasses they already have! Yesterday at lunch, we had the "thali". One vegetarian and one with meat. A thali is something like a buffet in one big plate brought to your table. See the pic in the photos that someone posted. They were delicious and at the price, a steal. We took enough of the included biriyani home for another meal. The food comes from the same region of India (hyderabad) that the food from Bawarchi Biriyani (another good Indian food restaurant). They are both great additions to Denver's Indian cuisine scene. read more

Nice people but the veggie lunch thali was a giant tub of rice with tiny sides. Three cheese blocks and a couple potato chunks with peas. Not a good value and almost zero nutrition. If I ever come back, I'd try a biryani or regular entree instead. read more

More than 7 times I go to hyderabad house for a weekday lunch and dinner if i go to rank indian restarants that serve food in denvar then this restarant is on top of the list in denvar area the food quality and consistancy of food is always same and unique ...the best restarant i ever had indian food feels like am in hyderabad ....hands down read more
