We went with a complete transmission rebuild to the tune of approx $4,500. Unfortunately after the repair, the transmission was still slipping so we took it back. Reliable accepted our claim with no questions asked and did more repair work. We had it in and out of their shop approximately 6 times before the Buick was finally fixed. They had to do a lot of extra work (torque converter, computer programming updates etcs) but they kept at it. A normal repair shop might have threw up their hands and given up, but Reliable kept its word and we finally got the repair we paid for.

They took over a month (47 days) to repair my son's truck "under warranty". They had rebuilt the…read moretransmission the month prior, he hadn't had the truck back but a few weeks when problems started. It took them days to diagnose the problem and get back to him, then every week it was a different excuse, had to order custom torque converter, no lifts available, ordered the wrong parts, installed the wrong parts, didn't replace filters, clogged the AC, who knows what issues caused more problems, they wouldn't answer phone or contact my son, they don't work weekends or after 5. I think they were embarrassed or because it was warranty work they dragged it out. Plus, they wouldn't provide written invoice/documentation of the work they did. So disappointed.

I recently took my car in to get some air conditioning diagnostics run. I brought my car in and within a couple of hours had a call back. Now, I repeat, I brought my car in for A/C diagnostics. The call and following break down I received was for: A/C compressor, dryer, serpentine belt, thermostat, thermostat sensor, and rear brakes and rotors. Bringing me to a whopping $1800.00 quote. I then found a company to do the same A/C job (the only thing I asked about) for $500 less. When I asked to verify the amount for the diagnostics and to pick my car up I learned that they had evacuated my freon with out saying a word, jumping me up to almost $100.00. Between school and planning a wedding I'm now in a financial bind. A courtesy call would have been very much appreciated. I will not be returning to premier automotive.
