The plantain needed to be cooked a bit longer; they were really firm. Rating: 1/5 Cornbread crusted snapper- The fish was fried well, but it was underseasoned. You could tell they didn't season the fish fry batter. A bit of salt sprinkled after the cook would go a long way. The beans were tender and also a bit underseasoned, but the dish was very light. Rating 3/5 Oxtail Mac and Cheese- That was more of a safer and tastier option, but I'm not sure why a lot of the sauces are so sweet. The mac and cheese was cheesy and creamy with tender, shredded bits of oxtail. Rating: 4/5 I would come back for drinks and live music, but I will definitely skip dinner.
