Prompt, Efficient, and Trustworthy! Tony responded to my weekend call quickly and helped me with my system on Monday. We have a water softener system installed by a a different supplier for our well water, and it's been causing us issues. He was knowledgeable and thorough, plus didn't charge an arm and leg like most of these service providers do. Highly recommended. read more

Our WaterCenters provide fresh, crisp, clean water at easy to use in-store kiosk. Our 6-step filtration process insures the best tasting water. Our partnership with Community Market allows you to have maximum access to our water while offering the opportunity to pickup those daily necessities.

History

Established in 2007.

In 2007, we purchased the Pure Water Store of Sebastopol. We revised the store into a one-stop water quality improvement center. Once we learned that Community Market, our favorite store in Santa Rosa, would be opening a new location in Sebastopol, we approached the group about a partnership. Although we closed our store to join with Community, we knew our WaterCenter clients would love the convenience of our new location. We have enjoyed being a part of Community Market at the Barlow success story. Community Market is like no other food store. Focused on local quality and farm to table goodness, Community Market is for the people, not for profit. We are honored to be vendor partner. In the future, we hope to add more WaterCenters in Sonoma County. We appreciate the strong support we receive from all of our customers.

Hello, my name is Tony. As the owner of the Hydrologic Pure WaterCenters, I am committed to finding alternatives to use of bottled water. While providing a highly desired hydration, bottled water is not the answer for daily living. Purchase a high quality personal bottle for each member of your family and encourage them to use this as their primary hydration source. This simple act can reduce the pressure on our landfills, our environment and save you money. Look for our mobile WaterCenters at the next public event you attend, such as the Farm Trails Apple Fair in Sebastopol or the Heirloom Festival in Santa Rosa. I paid cash one time and then noticed the price was different when I paid card since I didn't have cash on me that day. Would be nice to post a sign or let the customer know there will be a service charge. This way me or other customers can remember to bring cash next time. Aside from the payment, it's quick and easy to get your refills. No fuss and parking is plenty!

I like to support my community." So I go in the beginning of December 2025, and talk to Eric I believe. I inquire about a membership and he's all jolly about it and said sure, let's do it. My gut told me, something was off by his reaction. Folks. Listen to your gut. I go a few weeks later in December during the hours of operation. Door is locked, but someone is in there. After a few minutes. They begrudgingly, let me in. I get my water and go. The next time I go to the Waterhouse, its about two days after New Years. There's a sign on the door saying. "Water House is no longer available at this address. If you have any questions or need water service. Please contact Water House directly. Thank you for your cooperation. " Mind you, there is zero contact information on the sign. Luckily, I grabbed a business card the first time I went to this business. So I email them. No response. Then I text the number with my concerns. The response is that they will Zelle or Venmo the money that is owed to me. I probably got about 10 to 12 gallons in total out of my membership. They tell me that they are waiting for the Attorney records and to get back their binder with the memberships and that if I know of any locations they can relocate, to let them know. I don't know any locations. They then tell me I should get a refund within a month. I wait a month and a half and text for updates. No response the first text. 2nd Text, they tell me that they are meeting with lawyer the next day and that soon after they would send me my refund via Zelle. Since that day in February, I've reached out every month since, and NO RESPONSE. Am I salty about it. Without a doubt. I'm sure I'm not the only one that is dealing with this. It's one thing to close down a business. But to then lead me on and say I will be getting a refund soon and then just stop responding. Not cool at all.

A plate of 5 savory treats, each one more sumptuous than the next. A plate with a perfect scone with a tiny raspberry jam container, lemon curd, and clotted cream (my fav). Last tier had dessert, a chocolate cake with raspberry on top, a shortbread with white chocolate, and fruit. The shortbread cookie was the item I liked the least. They bring you a tea case so you can smell every option. We had grandma's garden, mint, and maple . All tasty. I wish we could have tried even more but they did refill each adorable teapot with more hot water. The price is quite high but it was a lovely way to celebrate. Will definitely come back again. Oh and they do takeout of treats so if you are nearby you can just come in for those.

We also ordered pizza but were told that the pizza place (Acre Pizza) couldn't do a half and half pizza and no modifications could be made. You can only add items on. So we ordered two pizzas and waited the 20-25 minutes. The pizza was ok, but nothing spectacular for the cost of 33 dollars per pizza, mine was a little burnt as well. The pizza came with two flimsy plates a few napkins and exactly 1 packet of red peppers and 1 packed of grated cheese. Just a heads up the Acre Pizza is a few doors down and when comparing menus there is a $5.00 per pizza mark up.
