Eddy is likable and generous in his information sharing as well as his work ethic. His crew, Juan is also easy to get along and had thing done right. They started the work at 9 am on Jan 28th worked non stop until 2 pm and Juan came back to finish on 29th the next day. The reason being that the floor has to dry before they can move to the next step. After the job was done, my Terrazzo's looks naturally amazing. It so shine that I thought there is a pond of water on it, seriously. Eddy Recommended against artificial seal as it will cause problem in the long run, I agreed. Naturally shine works for me. Just because it looks clean doesn't mean it is and I wanted to see the dirty extraction water like always because I find it satisfying to see all that ick going down the drain. The big soup stain and the big Sprite mess at our front door are completely gone and the areas under our chairs that had all those little spots are nice and clean.
