My husband has spent days and hours going to appointments, months of physical therapy, and nothing has helped. The final straw was today, he went into an appointment to simply review an MRI result (second time he's had to get an MRI requested by this doctor) and after over an hour of waiting my husband just had to leave the office because the doctor still wasn't ready to see him. If my husband (or any client) was an hour late for an appointment here, they would cancel his appointment and charge him. It is so unprofessional to keep people in pain waiting this long. We work full time and have a small child at home and we don't have the time to be waiting over an hour for an appointment only to never be seen because the doctor and staff can't manage their schedule properly. He also had to wait a very long time for his other appointments here as well. This office doesn't care about patients clearly or their time. I'd seek care elsewhere if I were you.
