The people are friendly and everyone from different levels of fitness interact with each other. Janice was the coach, and she accepted nothing less than the best snatch mechanics you could possibly give. Ok. Crossfit hater for YEARS, here. Why did I hate it? Literally I have no idea because I never tried it. But I swore I would hate it. God has a funny way of waiting till your heart is in a different space to get you hooked! I started the free trial because my friends were going and asked me to come for a class. In my head I was still like "I'll go...cuz it's free... but I'm NOT gonna enjoy this!" Let me tell you, I'm not sure I've ever been more humbled in my life. I FREAKING LOVED IT. Jeremiah and Tiffany were the best, most supportive coaches. I never knew how amazing it can be to work out as a team. Everyone pushes you. Everyone cheers for you. Everyone makes you feel like you're the Hulk even when you're lifting half of what they're lifting. My heart is so full here. I can't think of a better thing to do every morning. I have already lost inches (I only know this because my belt is on the next hole down, haha.) I have made new friends. I have felt pushed in a way that truly feels like someone cares about my health and well being. I have had a ridiculous amount of fun. Why did I wait so long to try this?!?!? I know why. Because my heart wasn't in the right space yet. God's timing is always best. I'm so thankful for this gym and how I feel after going for only three weeks. Absolutely, 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone. No matter what gender, age or athletic level. Found out about this gem through a groupon deal and fell in love. Now I am no gym junky, I prefer yoga over lifting weight any day- until I went to this place. I've gone for almost 2 months now and feel great. You will definitely be working out, sweating, and yelling like you've never before- but it feels great afterward! Jeremiah teaches most of the classes throughout the day and is an amazing coach/teacher. Very knowledgable, friendly and pushes you to your max. Workouts vary everyday and are very approachable. & the rest of the members are nice and always welcoming to new people. I may be biased since this is my first time every working out at a crossfit gym, but I couldn't be happier with the workouts I've had at zero gravity crossfit (ZGC). Me and my girlfriend first came here cause we found a groupon that gave us unlimited classes for a month. So far we've been to six classes that have all kicked our ass. Jerimiah, the owner and main trainer, is awesome! He pushes you to your limits and works hard to keep things organized each session. All the people who I've met at the classes are all so nice and helpful. Most of them aren't competitive crossfitters or any of that, so it isn't intimidating going to classes here by any means. This place is right next to the Yoga room in redlands, cause both owners are brothers I think. You can actually get a deal where you have an unlimited membership to both ZGC and the yoga room for almost half the price of any of the other local crossfit gyms. I'm sure the equipment here may not be as sophisticated or new as the other crossfit gyms in the area, but it still gets the job done without a doubt. Jerimiah just bought the suite next door, and its supposed to be significantly bigger than the space he has right now. I'm sure he'll make good use of the space with more equipment too! read more

The most non- user friendly gym offering a total of 4 classses a day( 1 class in the morning ). The 2 stars are for David and brad ( coaches) . You pay for what you get, you pay for a cheap gym and you get poor equipment and a: " I don't care" attitude from the owner. This gym is like bare bones, no 15lb or 35lb weights and most of the 5s and 10s are busted. Most of the time there is no chalk, which I think would be a necessity at most boxes. Be careful not to step near the owner's equipment or use his chalk and feel his fury. I am writing this after a recent incident with the owner ( Jeremiah). After finishing a class exhausted I went to my gym bag to changge my shoes, as I sat on the floor Jeremiah comes by and turns his punk music on full blast with the speaker 4 feet away from me. I was very visible, just disrespectful on his part. He walked away and came back and adjusted it and turned it up ever louder ignoring everybody in the gym as he started yelling to get pumped for hIs workout. Everyone is the gym looked at each other in disbelief and is confusion as he went to his weights after acting the fool. This place is on the decline and I am glad I got out when I did. read more

I've been to two classes so far and am super excited about them. I have never done CrossFit before and the trainers are very welcoming and so is everyone in class. The trainers made sure I had proper form and guided me in each workout because I honestly had no idea what I was doing. I love the environment, everyone is like a big team with different goals. They accommodate everyone in class and have different workouts for those who are trying to burn fat, those who are trying to build muscle and those who are training for performance. This place is great for all different experience levels. It's $45 for 3 classes a week, or $65 for unlimited. The only bad thing is that their available class schedule is limited. read more

I bought a groupon and attended a few of their early morning classes I think 5am or 6am. The trainer was very nice and welcoming till the class started. I have never tried crossfit and this was my first time. The trainer was not even guiding the new people, he was working out himself. I remember him saying he will be working out as well. What trainer does that? Your suppose to help me not work out with the class! Definitely not happy, im glad groupon refunded my money and took my business next door to the camp bootcamp were they dont work out with me, they guide me and teach me how to lift weights properly and encourage me. read more

Terrible gym and coaches. Owner couldn't even be bothered to help anyone because he was too busy working out. New members were making dangerous mistakes and he didn't even bother to help or coach them. There's minimal equipment and not enough to go around but the owner makes sure to have a nice sound system that he blasts the crappiest music ever on regardless of what's going on. You can't even hear yourself think. He made sure to show off for everyone but couldn't even get around to helping anyone with sign ups. All around terrible gym with terrible employees. No customer service! I passed by this gym one Saturday and stopped by to get info, but they were closed. So I went online liked what I read and decided to try a free class. I called a few times, but no one answered so I went back online to sign up. I was excited after registering for my free class, but I was surprised when no one called to welcome me and introduce themselves as my coach/trainer. Nevertheless, I wanted to go and check out the gym before my class. I went a few days earlier and walked in and looked around for an office or receptionist so that I could introduce myself and get instructions for my class, but I didn't see anyone. I asked one of the ladies stretching on the mat who do I speak with about joining. She directed to wait until class was over to speak with the coach. I waited and waited, but no one was available and I had to leave. Today, I showed up for my scheduled trial class dressed, excited, and ready to go. Again, same thing no one greeted me nor gave me direction. I walked into the exercise area and looked to see if I could identify who the coach was finally I decided to sit in the lobby area in hopes Doreen would fine me. I waited until 5 mins after class time and nothing so I left., highly disappointed!!!! Now don't get me wrong, I understand being busy and things falling thru the cracks but when something happens repeatedly it speaks to the culture of that business. So I guess they aren't very welcoming of newcomers. So my hunt for a CrossFit gym continues. read more

Great box (a crossfit terminology for gym). Love the people there. It's cheaper than most crossfit boxes around the area. Might not have the newest equipments but the quality of service is top notch. Great trainers who are willing to expand their horizon in the strength and conditioning. They have good programming that is scalable for all ages and any level. They are advocates of proper warm up and cool downs. They believe in yin yoga as a supplement via ROMWOD. And they also have a small Physical Therapy service on the side (RX Physical Therapy) Jeremiah and his team have done a great job in creating a competitive, yet fun culture. Their programming usually consists of a good 10-15 min warmup followed by a strength workout that consists of Olympic lifting and power lifting, which is then followed by a WOD.. They are gymnastic and Olympic weightlifting bias in their programming. One of the new school crossfit boxes in the inland empire area. I absolutely love this place! I've been going here for about a month and would highly recommend it! The instructors are super nice and very patient - they take the time to make sure you are doing everything properly and with the correct form before increasing your weight/difficulty and always show modifications for people who are just starting out like myself. They're super encouraging and open to questions, and keep the workouts fun while still getting in an awesome workout. With the short time that I've been coming here, I can already feel an increase in my energy, strength, and my clothes are fitting better! I did a trial there looking for a gym a little bit ago to join and never finished it out because I began to notice that the class there the coach or trainer is working out with the gym members umm okay?? Aren't they supposed to teach and not workout? Well I read a review where someone said that happened in the class they tried but I figured I would try it out anyways, maybe it was different since then. I hardly got any help and the owner didn't seem to care that I was there : ( and my friend had gone there for a little bit too and told me basically the same thing.
