Came on time to start the quote process and we were pleasantly surprised when he said the installation time for 2200 Sq ft would be 2 days compared to 5-7 days time that we got from other vendors. The guys arrived right on time and were extremely professional. One of the things that they do differently is that they take no more than 1-2 jobs at a time and that way they are able to complete it within the promised time. The 1st day around 10 guys arrived and by the time the day ended they were done with cleaning up, weeding, and in fact laid out the turf. Their approach to work is very systematic, and it was no surprise they completed the job by 12pm the next day. 1/2 day before they promised !! They take great care to clean up the job thoroughly and double check to make sure they haven't missed out anything. The end product came out very beautiful and in fact we had neighbors and others drive around the house asking us for their reference, which, we were glad to provide. Chris was a delight to work with and we could not be more happy. Highly recommend this local business to anyone who would like to go with Turf.

All of a sudden it was my fault for moisture causing this! There is no sprinkler hitting in that area. The only thing I can think of is the heavy rain that hit the area a few weeks back. I was told to mix white vinegar and water which I did twice. The film is still present. I should have been told this would happen if there was a rain storm coming but was not informed! Ask them about this happening before you hire them!

On the day of install his crew showed up and were professional, detailed, and cleaned up after themselves. They took pride in their work and inspected every section of the artificial turf to ensure precise application. Unfortunately we had an issue with our window flare causing problems and this is where Chad really shined. He acknowledged our concerns and went above and beyond to help resolve it. Transparently I was being a bit of a Karen too when the issue happened. Despite this Chad stayed professional, understanding, and was doing everything he could to make sure we were happy. The experience humbled me and reminded me that not everyone is out to take advantage of you. There are still some really honest, kind, and reliable contractors out there. When we agreed on a date/time for him to come and give an on-site quote, he actually came on time, with a sample of turf, ready to go. I appreciate that. Once I got the ok from the boss (wife), he started the job that week and I NEVER HAD TO FOLLOW UP WITH HIM. He would be calling and texting me that he had a question or suggestion due to something we didn't think about at the time. The photos are actually 2 jobs. Job #1 - Backyard - turfed area & side dirt area. This was a HUGE TASK. The area was so un-leveled that we would have pools of water sitting there after a rainy day. It was IMMENSE to backfill the dirt and get everything setup for concrete/turf. These guys made quick work of it AND kept the area tidy after the end of each day. You rarely see that sort of attention and professionalism anymore. Job#2 - Front yard - new privacy plants & clean up After seeing the work Marcos did in the back, I didn't hesitate to start work in the front. It was about 2 or 3 weeks before the boss (wife) approved more funding for the front yard, she was impressed also. Tried to upload the pictures in BEFORE/DURING/AFTER order with Nest cam photos. Since he's NOT an honest man , I could guess at least some of what he wrote to me in response to this .... Is true.....but I've caught him in so many lies.... I know it's NOT. He won't answer texts or phone calls. So if I need something done or have a concern.....I can never get in contact.. UNLESS IT HAS TO DO WITH GETTING HIM PAID. He likes to remind me about that one time he cut down a bush but forget that he's being paid $100 per visit JUST TO MOW THE LAWN! We hired Ivan's Masonry for two jobs: driveway renovation and a new stairway with walkway. From onset it was a long journey for us figuring out what material we will be comfortable with. Ivan patiently consulted us on every available material: concrete, stamping, coloring, and many styles from different providers of concrete pavers. None really resonated with our vision. After a month of research we ended up selecting clay pavers for their traditional look and lasting quality. The problem was that no contractor in our area would even consider working with clay pavers. Initially Ivan also refused but with some prodding he actually agreed to install clay pavers and did an amazing job. The team would start consistently punctually at 7 am and worked full days. Ivan, the owner, would work on the job 100%, including operating the equipment and setting the pavers. The site was kept reasonably clean and the process was well organized. We love the results. Our house became the model for the street as a first house with pavers. Many people complimented on the improvements and expressed the desire to contract with Ivan's Masonry.
