I had some questions about insurance coverage, and she seamlessly transferred me to their billing representative, who was equally helpful and kind. Even though we were out of network, she went the extra mile and secured an authorization from our insurance so we could receive in-network benefits--something I truly appreciated. I contacted her about a month ago and expressed my concerns (money and getting our family member to consent to this). She was very honest and helped me find a way to attend through affordable avenues. Unfortunately, our family member opted out at the last minute, but Taylor kept in contact with me the entire time.
