Hard to see, but right after the crash, there is some black-dried glue coming out of the crack from the bumper.

Buying from this dealership has plagued me for the last 6 months. I keep finding things that have been wrong with my 2015 Nissan Rogue (bought used from dealership) and while I had just been wanting to let it go, I have to write this review now. It's a long one. TLDR: --Brake light was out day after buying --Brakes were bad and weren't replaced until asked (even though they are supposed to fix all safety concerns before putting car up for sale). --Car had a rear-end accident that car-fax didn't show, and that they didn't find even though they had the car on lot for a month. --They charge a $1000 cleaning/car fabric spray cleaning fee that they obviously weren't thorough with. --The service department was very helpful and kind to me, but seems like there's a lot of miscommunication with sales. --There is an insert that was supposed to be in the back of the car that isn't (this seems common with used Nissans) but I was never given any information on this. --Primary salesmen said he could knock the price down to $17000, but when the second guy came in, said he couldn't go that low, despite the missing secondary key (and cracked windshield that they did replace outright). --The battery on this car was 4 years old, and they did not mention this. --Sales department was dismissive of my concerns (which turns out I was right in thinking). --I don't recommend buying from this dealership EVER for anyone. Buying the car: I bought this car in August Summer 2022. My last car was a Honda 2004 with 235k miles, that had been giving me lots of trouble. I was honestly in a hurry to buy (never a good place to be) and hadn't bought a car before. I liked the Nissan Rogue and this one was close to where I lived. When I first bought the car, I was reassured that the brakes had been replaced and all safety aspects of the car had been checked. I later found out that while the brakes had been suggested for replacement due to them feeling "wobbly", they had actually never been replaced (A SAFETY CONCERN). I did not notice this at first on the test drive due to the road outside of the dealership being extremely bumpy. When I brought this up with the dealership, at first they were very confrontational that the car is "very thoroughly inspected" and that this must not be an issue, but when I actually turned up at the dealership, I found out that the service department had suggested the safety repair, but the sales department decided to decline. Per their policy, they were supposed to fix all safety concerns, and didn't.The service department did fix the brakes and brake-light without additional cost, and this was the only good interaction I had. They even acknowledged that I had been screwed over, but I expect better from a dealership! After the brake issue, a few weeks later I was rear-ended in an accident on I-70 in a hit and run (issued a police-report and everything). Upon taking the car to a collision repair & family friend, they found a black "car glue" that had been holding the left section of the rear bumper cover to the frame of the car. We also found that the brackets holding the rear-impact bar of the car (designed to crumple in a crash) were well rusted where they had crumbled, meaning that water wouldn't have had time to get into the sections where the paint flaked off of the brackets and rust, without it being a prior accident that the dealership missed. The dealership also charges a $1000 fee for cleaning and a "fabric spray" when buying the car, but it is very apparent that they don't really even seem to do this or care. I just took my car to my parents for Spring Break and found melted Sour Patch Kids, melting batteries, toys, and more underneath the spare tire. The spare tire wasn't filled up to its 60 psi (it was at 20 psi), which is another safety concern. So they definitely scam you on the "cleaning" service. I've had this car for 6 months and I keep finding things that they were negligent on. Even when I took it to the Nissan dealer, they showed me that I was missing an insert in the back of the car (they seem to be missing in a lot of used Nissan's.) and while I knew there might be something missing in the car when I got it, the salesman told me he thought that was just how the cars looked, and really seemed to gaslight me. There was only 1 key for the car and the dealership wouldn't provide a second, and when I brought up the issue with the car being over KBB pricing, they still only went down $500 on the price. Basically, I don't think this dealership cares about their customer's safety AT ALL, they just want to make as much money as possible while doing minimal work to make their cars run. The only reason they fixed my brakes was because I complained, they didn't care about my safety at all. As a first time car buyer, I was also not sure what exactly to look for, and they took advantage of me. Please never go to this dealership, it is the WORST.

I couldn't have been more pleased than I was during the process of purchasing a used 2023 BMW X5! The salesperson I worked with during this online out of state car purchase, was Israel, he put up with my texts and concerns with the utmost transparency and politeness was nothing short than providing some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. Again, if only the dealerships here in Peoria and Glendale Arizona could learn from the staff at Greeley! If this review sounds like a commercial maybe it should, I dont write these but I needed to because it was the right thing to do after coming back from my flight there. The staff I had met while hanging out after my test drive to see the finance manager Jason, another very nice person and very accomodating, I had the pleasure of also meeting Matt the GM, who made you feel like you knew him for a long time was just a great guy and class act along with Israel! I know if I lived in Greeley I would stop here first to purchase a car because it's a win win, I just cant say enough, great experience and I felt like I did get a great deal on a really nice car. Oh, and the coffee bar they had was really good to, seriously! Thank you Israel for all your hard work and time you spent with me in my quest for the X5, along with your staff who worked behind the scenes getting the X5 prepped and clean they did an excellent job! Thank you all very much my family really appreciates all the effort and time spent! Sincerely, Mike M - Glendale, Arizona

This is 6 months later and the reason I changed my review is because this dealership has really let…read moreme down. I was promised one thing and when that issue was found to be improper by CA DMV, that falsehood cost me over $2K-$2.6K extra in taxes/fees. That information was provided to me by our sales consultant, Israel Gonzalez, and the finance manager, Brenden Broyles. Not to mention, Greeley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram sent a check for half of the collected taxes and wrote the check to the county and not DMV, who actually collects the taxes. So in actuality, I had to shell out over $4K to get the vehicle registered in California. Then I had countless calls with Brenden Broyles, Matt Koponen and Jason Morgan. Each trying to work this problem out, but never actually getting to a resolution. All the while, my daughter was driving around with temporary registration and eventually after her final temporary registration was set to expire, I had to make a decision due to the lack of communication or urgency on the parts of anyone at Greeley Jeep. That decision involved making my daughter drive her vehicle home from Colorado to California to register it here because California requires a SMOG and Vin Verification, again a small detail nobody at Greeley Jeep advised me of when we agreed to purchase the vehicle. The travel costs and SMOG fees alone cost me an additional $600. So to this point, I'm out of pocket $4K to DMV Fees, $600 in SMOG/travel fees, and countless hours on the phone and DMV trying to get it fixed. I've spoken to everyone at Greeley Jeep for the past 6 months and nothing but empty promises. So yesterday I'd finally had it, after being promised a call on Friday, Monday and Tuesday I sent Brenden a message venting my overwhelming frustration. His response was, write void on the un-cashed check to the county for $2K and send them a picture of it and they'll issue me a check for the same amount... This was after Jason Morgan assured me he was aware of the time and money I'm out, to include an additional $2k owed to DMV which was not part of the original purchase. How could someone be happy after 6 months of empty promises, $2K-$2.6K in taxes and expenses and never feeling like anyone cares? This review may not sway many folks from purchasing a vehicle at this dealership, but it's the truth and this is just the start of my efforts to showcase what happened to me in this transaction that is still not resolved. Next up Yahoo, Stellantis, Jeep USA...

When I brought the car home the lights are still on saying check for maintenance. I called them three times and they never returned my call. I finally got help from my group on Facebook. Service is unresponsive and ignores their customers once they have them in the waiting room. Finally someone came and asked if we had been helped. He went and found another gentlemen to help us. This is nearing 25 mins of standing. She won't call you, she'll EMAIL you, she can't handle difficult conversations, ridiculous! Rico does the mature thing and just hangs up on you. RUN! If you're looking for a dealership that will smile while they take advantage of you, look no further than Ghent Cadillac. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I'm calling on everyone who has been wronged by this dealership to stand up, speak out, and hold them accountable! Here's what happened: * Deceptive Advertising: The car I purchased looked NOTHING like the pictures online, despite my meticulous review beforehand. The paint job on the vehicle was a disaster--two different colors on the hood, spots everywhere--and they tried to hide it by having me inspect the car at night. * Shady Sales Tactics: The salesperson, Rico Palominor, lied throughout the entire transaction. When I confronted him about the paint issues the next day, he claimed he "didn't see it." A flat-out lie. Rico, karma is coming for you. * Fake Inspection Reports: Ghent provided a report claiming the brakes were good and all the headlights were working. Within a week, I had to replace the brakes and have the rotors machined. The headlights were also malfunctioning. THEY DO NOT stand by their own reports, and this is fraudulent and illegal. * Unprofessional Staff: When I brought these issues up, Rico hung up on me. The Sales Manager, Jessica Zumbrun, was just as bad--hiding behind emails and refusing to take accountability. She didn't even have the professionalism to address my concerns properly. This Dealership Needs to Be Held Accountable Ghent Cadillac's unethical practices are not just infuriating--they're illegal. Selling cars with undisclosed damage and falsified reports is a direct violation of consumer protection laws. I'm calling on everyone who has been deceived by Ghent Cadillac to stand up, speak out, and report them. Together, we can make a difference and stop them from taking advantage of others. Here's What You Can Do: 1. Report Them to Authorities * Better Business Bureau (BBB): File a complaint at BBB.org. * Federal Trade Commission (FTC): Report deceptive practices at reportfraud.ftc.gov. * State Attorney General: File a complaint with your state's consumer protection division. 2. Leave Reviews Everywhere Let others know about Ghent Cadillac's unethical practices by leaving reviews on these platforms: * Google Reviews: Search for Ghent Cadillac and click "Write a Review." (Notice they don't allow reviews? Suspicious, isn't it?) * Yelp: Search for the dealership, log in, and share your experience. * Cars.com, DealerRater, Edmunds, CarGurus: These platforms are trusted by car buyers and are the perfect place to warn others. * Reddit: Use forums like r/cars or r/askcarsales to share your story. * Nextdoor: Warn your local community about Ghent Cadillac's practices. 3. Contact Cadillac Corporate File a complaint with Cadillac or General Motors about how this dealership is damaging their brand. Manufacturers care about their reputation and can take action against bad dealerships. Join Me in Taking Action I'm not just warning others--I'm reporting this dealership to every authority possible. This dealership thrives on deception, but together, we can expose the truth. Avoid Ghent Cadillac at all costs, and let's make sure no one else falls victim to their shady practices. It was apparent that there was no clear bra on my hood at that time. River lied to my face and tried to say that it was already there to try and show me that my vehicle wasn't at their site all day for nothing when in fact it was. I told River that when I brought it back in to actually have the work done that I would need to loaner vehicle for the day this time and he agreed. I rescheduled the service for 2 weeks later to actually have the work done, and when I came in to drop it off and pick up a loaner vehicle, somehow no one on site had record of me scheduling this appointment and they said I wasn't scheduled for a loaner vehicle through sales. I refused and said the car came in with absolutely no damage, it needs to leave with no damage. A week later I received a call that the vehicle was ready for pick-up. The next day, on my drive to work I had heard a weird noise and called Honda to let them know. They did what they could to squeeze me in on a Saturday and I do appreciate their efforts - but I did miss my appointment due to an emergency unplanned situation. I did call back that same day asking if I could come in on Monday to have them check on the car. That Sunday on my way home from the store with my brother in his vechile I had noticed the underside of my car hanging down towards the street. When I go in on Monday to have it looked at, a technician saw the issue and did what he could to solve the issue. The technician had told me that he did what he needed to get it back in the correct spot but he said there looks like there was some damage. After speaking with the technician, I asked to have speak with the manager. The manager of service name was Sean. Sean had explained the damage was from the middle of the car so it couldn't be cause from the lift. I had explained I brought the car in for an oil change it was 100% free of damage. After some back and forth he agreed to replace the underside/undercarriage of my car. And ended the conversation "Keys are in the car, call you when the parts come in." -in a very very rude manner. A week goes by and I hear nothing. Today was call back and got to peak with Sean. "After looking up the cost of the repairs I'm not willing to take responsibility for the damage." I did tell them I am not blaming Honda solely cause I know the repairs and body work was done by Apex Collision and Repair here on 8th st, in garden city. I don't know how the vehicle was transported to Apex from Honda but if it was towed that could maybe have caused it the damage I am seeing? I had brought in a perfect vehicle for an oil change and now am stuck with a damaged car. I do want to point out Dale was helpful and understanding of my situation but when it can to Mr. Manager Sean I couldn't have imagined how awful the experience would be. AVOID HONDA OF GREELEY AT ALL COSTS - THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND THROW IT BACK ON YOU.
