The Vietnamese iced coffee with ube foam--or honestly, any of their foams--is incredible. It's authentic, strong, and packed with flavor. My personal favorite is the banana Biscoff foam... it's next level. They also make their taro paste in-house, and you can absolutely taste the difference. It is the year El Salvador became independent, which sparked a great conversation. They were happy to share their story and talk about how their family is involved. We connected over being Salvadoran and even shared some geographical familiarity about different parts of El Salvador. That personal touch matters. It has a Salvadoran twist that I will not ruin because I recommend you try it yourself. I will just say this, it is coffee with peanuts. That is your only hint.
