I don't know how much matte extra is but it is $30 for sns without tips, $43 with tips I believe. It is $1 for a broken nail that they have to fix.

Definitely not worth the $130 spent . Nails started lifting after 5 days while I was on a business trip. It wasn't just one nail but 3. After 8 days I had 5 lifting. I normally can go 3 weeks without any issues with my fills elsewhere. Pedicure was fine but should have gone with the basic pedicure because the massage was just her slapping lotion around on my legs. I will go anywhere else for half the price and receive nails that last.

I did tip because they did the work and know sometimes that's all they get (I've worked in the beauty and service industry). All I liked about the nails were the polish color. I was hoping this could be an alternate place for when my normal nail girl is on vacation or has an emergency like in this case- but nope I'll wait for her next time. Response: I've already had a nail break because of how thin they are. The cleanliness needs to be improved the bottles were dirty, files dirty, tools not cleaned after use. The man who did my nails did not know what he was doing. I expected more from a "luxury" nail salon- and it is just like every other cheap nail place out there only with higher prices. The staff was very friendly and the overall customer service was great. The quality of work was very poor. Maybe more training for the person who did my nails. Yes I had ombré acrylic and they did have to file that off but they should also not be left with only a fill in acrylic at the bottom and no restructuring of the whole nail- which I would gladly pay extra for if needed. I am just used to better quality nail care I guess. I tried to communicate what I wanted and it just seemed like I wasn't understood.

When I walked in and they assigned the lady to me to do my pedicure I immediately felt that she did not want to do it. I was never asked if I wanted to select a specific package like at other places. Usually I will pick a more expensive package because I like the extra perks. It felt very rushed. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The massage which we all know is the best part, is what really upset me - was 2 to 3 minutes max for BOTH feet. And I say feet loosely because she didn't actually touch my feet. There was a lady next to me whose pedicure started around the same time as me and I watched the experience she was having which was way better than the service I was receiving. Her pedicure wasn't even done as I was leaving. Very disappointing. I gave 2 stars only because my toe nails look decent, but still I would prefer the French tips to be a little thicker and more square. I'm really not picky either, just very disappointed to spend money and not have a relaxing experience.

Though I have experience doing manis, I never had the chance to get one done myself. My boyfriend and I came in on August 10th, over an hour before closing. I did not make an appointment; however, the man at the front desk was accommodating and was able to get us helped out. I got the #9 + gel polish pedi as well as a Gel X mani. The pedi outcome was okay, but my nails were uneven and the process was painful. The Gel X was horrible. There was excess paint run, and she was very obviously rushing through everything, with one nail being crooked. I also asked for an ombre french tip style nail but the nail tech only applied one coat of the same color. The main kicker was that I asked for a SINGLE nail art design on one finger, and my nail tech, Winnie, refused. The techs were already tired from a day's work and were not enthusiastic about doing their jobs. They were complaining in Viet when people with appointments came in 30 mins before closing. At the end, my boyfriend pointed out that these nails were not like the inspo, and I was denied service. The man at the front desk then invited us back the following day to get a free service to fix the nails. We came back the next day and it got so much worse. #1: He lied. He was going to charge us additionally for the nail art. #2: He was protecting Winnie's refusal of service by saying it was a miscommunication. I understand Vietnamese, and Winnie completely understood the service I was asking for and said NO. I doubt a grown woman at a nail salon doesn't understand when a client is asking for a design. #3: The man in the front also tried to play it off like I asked for a single coat of color when the reference photo shown was using two different colors. He said verbatim, "If you angle your fingers at the light it looks like the photo". Even if that was the case, the result fails to look like the photo. ?????????????? #4: The man KNEW he was in the wrong and offered last minute when we got up to left to do the free service. It was so unprofessional and so disheartening, especially as my first experience at a nail salon. I paid 125 in total (30 for pedi, 75 for mani). Please give your money to businesses with accountability and actually want to preform the service they provide, because this one isn't it.

This is one month after Catherine did my nails they stayed strong and beautiful no lifting $110 worth it

As a regular patron of nail salons and having visiting here pretty infrequently , I recently visited I Love nails and my experience fell far short of what I anticipated. I opted for both a manicure and pedicure, expecting top-notch service for the $50 manicure price tag. Unfortunately, my manicure left much to be desired. Not only did I end up with cuts on four of my fingers, but the overall result did not justify the hefty cost. The attention to detail seemed lacking, and I left feeling dissatisfied with the outcome. While the pedicure did yield a nice result, the massage and scrub portion of the service left a lot to be desired. The massage felt rushed, and the scrubbing lacked the thoroughness I've come to expect from similar establishments. Overall, I had hoped for a pampering experience that would leave me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Instead, I left I Love Nails feeling disappointed and questioning the value of the services provided. I hope that improvements can be made to ensure that future customers receive the quality they deserve for the price they pay. read more

This place just opened and they do a great job! They are super clean and so nice! I wanted a nice summer color since its been so warm here in Corona, so I came in for a pedicure and picked a bright yellow color. It turned out perfect! Their prices are also so great. My Spa Pedicure was only $12.99! I think they did a really great job and I can't wait to come back here. My 3rd time here. They really do an amazing job. I told May, the owner, an idea of what I wanted. Something simple with sparkles and she was able to make it happen and Better than what I thought it would be. I hate really flashy nails and I like a modest, simple design and she knew EXACTLY how I pictured it! She can do pretty much any design, just tell her what you like! I highly recommend!! I love the way May does my nails because she makes them really strong. I have never broken a nail when she does it. She is very meticulous and careful to protect your real nail. I love her!! My pedicure experience --Pros- they got me in same day and they did do a good job on the polish. - Cons- the girls English was bad. I explained three times the pedicure I wanted and she never understood me and charged me way more for the one I did not want. To top it off there was zero foot massage and for the price I paid I expected one. Even the cheapest pedicure comes with a foot massage. Base on the lack of a language barrier and for the cost of the pedicure and the lack of extra it comes with, I will never return. There are many other places that offer more. Also, they tools were not cleaned. This is a high risk for a toe fungus. I would not recommend them. read more

I used to go to this place a lot more often but stopped after I noticed how sloppy they became. I usually go to Don & he used to do amazing but this is my nails after like 2 days. They already look so gross and old and I honestly wasn't too happy with them cause they just looked sloppy. And I didn't bother calling to ask if they could fix them because last time I did that, they still charged me!! After it was there mistake. So I didn't even bother having them fix them. Don't go to this nail salon if your looking to have good customer service and a nice detailed job on your nails. read more

I had the pleasure of receiving the best pedicure I've ever experienced at I LOVE NAILS. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and serene. Under New Management!!! Full service! Nice staffs Teamwork We use lining per person every time we perform on a pedicure. Used everything once and throw away. Sterilization too.. All kinds of sea salt and sea scrub for all pedicures. Facials we use brand names called dermatologist. Eyelashes services Waxing top to bottom. Great salon with talented techs! Dorothy WENT TO WORK on my manicure! She happened to have a client no show and did a great job! Takes pride in her work, told me "Clean cuticles are like my thing!" And it showed! She was fast, listened when requested anything and didn't make me feel bad when I couldn't pick a certain glitter. Ryan did my pedicure, and let me tell you, he wasn't playing either! I've gone to this place several times over the past 2 years after my moms friend recommended and I've been in love with this place ever since. I always get an amazing result but today's really took my breath away. I got an ombré natural color with holographic, short and I'm in love. I've been coming here for the last three months and Don, Cindy & Tina are the ones who almost always do my toes and nails. They are seriously the BEST nail salon in Corona.
