My first experience wasn't that great, but that was my own fault for scheduling a last minute appointment on a Friday afternoon. Even though I waited about 45 min past my appointment time to be seated, I can't really complain, because they accommodated me and the nails were beautiful. The second time I came, it was in the middle of the week and there was no wait for my appointment. I wanted a specific design I found on Pinterest with lavender and pink nails plus daisies. Another nail shop I went to couldn't execute the design, but Nina took one look and picked the colors that perfectly matched the picture. I left so happy with my nails. Both times I had my Nails done by Nina. She's so sweet and makes sure you like the work she's doing, excellent customer service. I haven't had time for a pedicure here, but next time I'm definitely getting one. Don't expect to come here and have them do beautiful work with gel or dip and pay very little. I have been coming here for years and the ladies here do and awesome job the other staff in charge of the pricing i am very disappointed in i asked to have my cuticles cut only nothing more the gentlemen told me ok. Then after my service i was charged 21$ extra i asked why he told me because i asked for a manicure which i did not ask for one i stated multiple times just my cuticles. I just got back from this place and I am very happy with the results! I got a full set acrylic nails done by Vivian and a pedicure done by Tiffany. Vivian was by far the fastest person to do my nails with amazing accuracy and attention to details. I loved the fact that She was done by the time Tiffany was done with my pedicure. She listened to everything I told her and she did an excellent job on the ombre and the thickness of the nails. Tiffany also was amazing and she gave me the best foot massage. I been getting my nails manicure and pedicure here for about 6months, the nail tech at the back table did my nails did not apply nail hardner went home and my nails started breaking my natural nails was long but by her not doing her job correctly my nails broke down to the meat , I called and told them and they told me to come back in for a free polish change when I arrived the lady in the front the one who owns the business told me they can't do the polish change today because the solution they use to take of the gel polish will burn so they coated my nails with the clear hardner and told me to return for my free polish change in 3weeks I called on the phone and ask can I come in for my free polish change and the owner said yes who will you like i told her Len I will be there she said ok. I get there get my polish change for some reason they said no manicure I'm sure they was thinking because of the previous damage they did to my nails that the manicure will still burn , she said only polish change she finished my polish change I got up to leave and they told me I have to pay, you damaged my nails and all the pain I went through told me multiple times I can get a free polish change then change your mind. I've been coming here for a year and their customer service is gradually getting worse along with their results. Every time I come I feel I'm getting closer to it being my last time. I'm moving next month so I'll probably be back one more time. Hoeever, if I wasn't, I would have found a new place. They take appointments but you end up being here over 2 hours and thats good time. They say YES to all walk ins and people end up waiting an hour to be seen. They need to be more realistic about their wait and turn people away if they are busy. I also haven't had an SNS mani I've loved in a while. Their gel pedicures are just ok. For almost $100 plus tip for both I expect a better outcome. After moving back from OC I had to find a place that I would be happy with. This review is long over due. I tried several places in the Corona area, only to be left disappointed or overcharged. I love nails has a very large variety of gel colors as well as SNS! They can also do any shape, and they will do it perfectly. I've had oval, coffin, square and more and my nails always come out wonderfully. I have also had the ombré nails done here and they came out so nice. I've had a bad experience with a nail shop in Yorba Linda telling me they would be able to do ombré and it turning out very very bad. All the nail techs are very nice and professional, I don't usually make appointments BUT they are busy so I would def. advise you to make an appointment if you don't like waiting. I don't have a particular person that I go to, but I have been lucky enough to have Don do my nails on several occasions and he is AMAZING and so nice! They have an awesome reward system if you pay cash && a stamp card! This place is a hidden gem! read more

I went here for the first time last Wednesday and I had an amazing experience!!! I walked in without an appointment and they took me in right away even though they were pretty busy inside, and my nail teach (didn't ask for her name :/ ) was sooo nice, listened to all my nail desires and said it would be easy after showing her pics of what I had in mind. At first I was skeptical because every time I get my nails done with specific designs, my past nail artists were never able to replicate exactly what I wanted. But when she worked on my set, she was gentle and very efficient, AND she did exactly what I wanted!!!!! Another tech had to tag team with her and finish up the rest (also didn't get her name :/ ) but she also did an amazing job! Please Read!!! I'm so disappointed :( I didn't ask for much at all. Just some simple french tips. I was paired with this kind lady and she started working on my nails. I always trust their work and process so I try not to critique anything during the service. Once she applied the acrylic, I immediately knew something was off. The application was not smooth but rather lumpy and uneven. She tried saving the shape by filing but nothing could save my nails at this point. The design was messy and inconsistent. My short french tip set was $58. It took her 2 hours. I was so upset at the outcome of my nails, once i got home, I immediately soaked them off. I come to find out, the technician uses MMA monomer. When soaking off, if the acrylic is gummy and sticky, they are using MMA. MMA is unsafe and illegal to use in salons. It is horrible and toxic for your nail beds. Methyl methacrylate (in liquid form) can cause discoloring, irritation, and damage to your nails. I do not believe she was aware of the product she was using, as some nail techs just use the product offered at the salon. I rarely will give a negative review, but I wanted to love this place so much. I've heard such great things. The technician as well as the other staff were very sweet. I hope they start looking into the ingredients of their products and put the safety of their clients first! read more

The nail lady was really rough on my fingers and she blames me for being scared that's why I feel pain? After I get back home, two of my nails feel sore and painful whenever being touched. And they are disgustingly rude and the place is dirty. When they offer more services and you politely decline they become even more rude. One of the employees cut me with the nail buffer drill and did not bother to clean my cut, after she was done buffing my nails she threw the tip of the tool back into her "altoid" box without sanitizing it. Also, they do not soak your nails before they get started. They do not clean up or push back the cuticles. But most of all their tools are not sanitized. You honestly do not want to come here. Ok, time for a detailed review after a decent amount of visits. I have been looking for a nail salon to meet my picky expectations since I moved back to the area for the interim. It has taken me OVER A YEAR, but I can finally say that I found one that I absolutely love. I get my nails done (gel/SNS and pedicure) every two weeks, so I had ample amount of time to find the perfect nail salon. Over the course of a year, I visited twelve nail salons. YUP, TWELVE! I always give each nail salon at least two visits because sometimes first impressions aren't what they seem they are. If either of those visits made me feel like there was potential that I may consistently like the final result of the service, then I would make a third trip there. However, three strikes and you're out! With that said, twelve nail salons struck out.... until this one. I don't like writing reviews for services unless I have received the service enough times where I can leave an honest review (hence why I wouldn't leave negative reviews for the other twelve salons). I have given this nail salon 6 chances (3 SNS, 3 gel, and 6 pedicures) and I was VERY happy with the final product. The prices are exactly like the competitors (as of now: $25 for gel manicure, $33 for SNS, and $18 for pedicure), however, they offer you much more bang for your buck during the services. For example, they give you a water bottle to start off and include a leg/foot exfoliant scrub with the pedicure! CINDY (manicure -- gel and SNS) and TINA (pedicure) are my go-to women. The manicures are what gets me to move on to a new salon. Sometimes the gel/SNS is too thick, polish is too far up from the bottom cuticle of the nail, the cuticles are cut too much making the cuticles peel back, or the filing isn't symmetrical. But Cindy really listens to what I want. I asked for my gel polish to be thin and natural looking and WOW it is the best natural gel look I've gotten. Unfortunately, I am moving to Washington, D.C. and that is obviously not driving distance. I just want to be able to pass on this information for anyone who is like me and is struggling to find a nail salon. I envy those who will be able to have their services with these two women. The entire time the women doing my pedicure and manicure were rude and hardly even answered me. Finally, I walked out with this. Definitely the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever gotten. They were painted so messy and I had to file and fix things when I got home because when I went back in to get one of them filed the woman who did my nails put down her sandwich and picked up a dirty file to fix one of them. Okay so I recently moved to Corona and I looked on Yelp for a nail salon whose reviews boasted cleanliness and efficiency. BUT INSTEAD I GOT BADLY PAINTED NAILZS, A CUT IN MY CUTICLE AND THEN AN INFECTION!!!!! When I arrived on a Sunday there was 2 women doing pedicures and the rest doing nails. I waited 1 hour to get attended, (fine) and sat down. I'll list the issues I encountered. 1. Sat down and the pedicurist did not wash her hands after previous client. I don't know if she used new gloves or not. 2. The jet wasn't disinfected just rinsed. 3. Cut my cuticles while cleaning them. (Did add blue liquid) 4. Painted nails badly and lightly. Had to ask for another coat because they were uneven. 5. I PAID $30, + $5 for gel removal PLUS TIP!!! this has never happened to me before but trust me.
