They were crispy on the outside and full of bean sprouts, carrots, shrimp and a little pork on the inside. They came with a plate full of herbs and dipping sauce. Two of us got the noodle bowl with vermicelli, pork, an egg roll cut up and green salad. Very light and very delicious. David opted for satay shrimp on a skewer with dipping sauce, soup and rice. Our other friend got a rice bowl with beef, veggies, rice and soup. Kevin was most gracious and while serving us, telling us about the food! The restaurant was not what we expected, it was spacious inside and looked a little more elevated than expected. The service was great, we were greeted and seated promptly but it was a packed house. We took a couple of recommendations and the food came out in a timely manner. The food was delicious. My husband loved the Pho and the steak salad and the crab rangoons. We would come back for sure!
