I was left sitting there and had to pick up my jacket and purse and carry them myself to the drying table. In the process, I smudged a couple of nails. I tried to find the technician to fix them but couldn't locate her. At that point, I just wanted to leave. It's disappointing because the salon clearly has talented staff, but the inconsistency in service really took away from what should have been a pleasant visit.
