We luv'd this pho!!! My family grabbed a quick bite to eat after shopping at the mall. We have been talking about finding a good pho restaurant in the area and I think this may just be our new go-to! My in-laws ordered shrimp dishes, both tasted great! My husband and I both had seafood noodle bowl with veggie broth. Popped in with a friend during Lunch hours. It wasn't too busy. Service was quick and staff was nice. I ordered the Bún tôm thịt nướng chả giò ( Vermicelli with Grilled Pork, Shrimp, and Spring Rolls) which was really tasty and filling. I wanted to try the Honeydew smoothie but they didn't have any. I ordered a late night pick up order, and TLDR I was sorely disappointed. The pho was incredibly greasy--there was a huge layer of fat over the broth that I had to skim off before I was able to eat my food, and even then it felt very oily. I was impressed with the amount of meats that came in the pho, but then realized that many of the meats were stringy/chewy. The broth was also meh; not very rich or flavorful, just salty light broth that didn't taste like it was boiled for hours, or maybe there weren't enough bones/good stuff in the broth while it was cooking. The spring rolls were also very subpar and loosely wrapped, causing all the toppings to fall apart the minute you bite in. I'm pretty disappointed with this place as I was hoping for a go-to Vietnamese joint, especially one that has longer open to close hours than other Viet restaurants around the area, but this will not be the case for me. My family and I recently visited I Luv Pho and unfortunately, we had to leave before even eating because of the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff member at the front desk. I've been to this location a few times and recently came back to when visiting family. While not the best bowl of pho in Atlanta, it definitely hits the spot if you live in the area and do not want to take the drive to Buford Highway. The parking is plentiful since it is located in a mall. The restaurant is huge and beautiful, though this can be seen as a downside sometimes because their service staff is quite small, and it can be hard to get their attention sometimes. I ordered the grilled pork vermicelli since it was a hot day, and I did not want a hot broth. It was so refreshing with all the fresh veggies, and the meat was cooked to perfection. Overall 5/5: Recently visited this location in Town Center Kennesaw for the first time. Food 5/5: Their menu was extensive and I wanted everything on the menu. Fortunately for us, they offered special combos which gave you the option to choose a pho and a banh mi. My first bowl of Pho in over a year since the pandemic. We were huge fans of this place across from sweet hut in Doraville so when we found out there was one in Kennesaw it was great. Good food , clean inside and kind service. The food is a great value both the medium and extra large have a ton of meat and the broth is very tasty. Herbs were fresh and abundant. The chicken Bhan Mi was nice a juicy. Best part is that their menu has such variety. Next time i will get the rice dishes. Awesome Comfort food. $13.95 for an extra large is a steal because of the righteous amounts of proteins in both the beef and chicken pho. Will be back. Good food, robots are neat, but everything around the edges was a bit off. I got a Medium Brisket Pho along with Pork and Shrimp Spring Rolls. Drinks are brought out by Robot. I've seen Cat themed robots which are obviously better, but these are pretty good as well. They don't even require humans at all; the robots can be sent back to their docking stations easily. I thought those were the coolest part of the experience. The rolls are good! No complaints, and there's more than enough Peanut Sauce. The Pho is also tasty, although perhaps a little bit light on brisket. Their idea of a Medium is still very big, and I would only recommend a Large for the insanely hungry, or for pairs (If you could even consider Pho a duos thing). As for the demerits... my waitress was bizarrely pushy with me paying. I'm sure that she would have come back if I said not yet, but it was odd to be told the total bill about four bites into my meal. Payment is done via Toast portable check out machine, so your card always stays with you. It's a bit different. Additionally, they use a relatively strong (Clorox) lemon bleach disinfectant for the tables. It wasn't noticeable when I was sat down, but when the table next to me was cleared, the smell was quite pungent and noticeable for the rest of my meal. This is somewhere around 3.5 in all honesty, and would be higher for a to-go order as the food itself was solid. The price wasn't bad either. The service though, is more a miss than a hit. read more

My son and I went to the Grand re-opening. We actually made it just in time before they started to charge for the free entrées they were giving out. I got two bowls of beef flavored PHO. Imagine anticipating the opening of a "chain" where you've had great experiences with at their other locations, loved the food, flavor and flair, and appreciated the service of the managerial staff because they were competent, helpful and overall showcased excellent customer service. None of that exist here. Like, none of it. At all. Drive to Chamblee, pick up a $2 box of ramen, or go to the farmers market and rack up on a good Pho recipe because this spot isn't it. 1. They were out of SIMPLE yet multiple items on the menu (i.e; no juices for the drinks, no fries for the nuggets, etc) 2. There was no notice posted about the unavailable food items, so it was a constant situation of ordering, waiting, then being told that an item was out. 3. We had 3 young kids/toddlers with us, so soup wasn't an option. We ordered the nuggets meal which came with fries. Learned later that they were out of fries, so I asked if they could simply reduce the nugget meal cost. Makes sense right? Waitress says of course, then comes back later saying that the manager says no, we HAVE to choose a substitute for the fries and that he would not reduce the cost of the meal. At a Pho restaurant y'all. After going back and forth with the manager to no avail, we decide to sub for rice. Cool. Except, 10min later the nuggets come out with no rice because the chef added 2 extra nuggets to the nugget orders when the normal quantity is 4. You read that right. We were refused the substitute that we were forced to pick because they ran out of food and refused to discount the meal to reflect it....because they added an extra nugget. 4. The adults had a mix of ramen, noodle soup and Pho (P10). I've had Pho plenty of times but this was the first I've had where it was just bland. There was no flavor, and no amount of toppings helped at all. It was really a disappointment because HOW DO YOU MESS UP PHO?!? Most of the process requires you to season the meat and marinate it for hours before stewing it for ADDITIONAL hours, and yet this tasted as though someone saw us pulling into the parking lot then remembered that they forgot to take the meat out the freezer. Overall, we were 1 of 4 tables occupied out of over a dozen available, so I'm guessing that word has already gotten around about this place.
