Before starting this review, I will say this is not like the other I Luv Pho locations. This location tops the other ones. This restaurant has WON ME OVER! Hands down! Located in Town Center Mall at the Food Court entrance. The anticipation of the opening of I Luv Pho was well worth the wait! They have a cute patio area but unfortunately it was raining this day so we were not able to utilize it. However.. Interior is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and they are making sure everyone is 6 ft away from each other. All staff is wearing masks. Immediately you will notice they give you bottled water instead of an open cup. Right now, they are offering free egg rolls with each table to celebrate their opening. We ordered chicken nuggets for the kids (which was $6 for the nuggets, fries AND a fountain drink -- you can't beat that!), a medium P10 and a XL P10. First of all, the XL was MUCH larger than we anticipated..especially for the low price! We were very pleased with the portion size and how flavorful the broth was. Great spot in the mall!!! The mall food wasn't doing it and this definitely hit the spot. My bf and I ordered #10 the classic pho beef noodle soup and #54 noodle soup. His bowl had pork blood and pork bone (not the average American dish but highly recommend it!) The waiting staff was friendly and attentive. Food came out in very quickly. As for safety precautions for coronavirus, they provided bottled water, one time use chopsticks and sauces in small containers. Definitely will return. read more

I luv pho's food is always a hit, I normally get the pho dac biet which is hi tier for pho around the area but the last time I went, I got the com tam dac biet and I've been Schleep on this dish. It's massive with so many sides, they give you pho broth on the side too. It came out fast, everything was piping hot, and taste fresh. They even shape the rice in a heart for you. I need to come here on Valentine cause it'll make me feel special with seeing that plating. Ample seating makes it for a comfortable dining experience and what's cool about this location is after you're stuffed you can walk around the mall so that food coma doesn't hit as hard. In addition to the rice I got the fried shrimp, they were massive also but just kind of the typical tempura shrimp. I still have my fav pho place in my heart (hint Buford hwy) but this place is pretty good. Ordered Hue (did I spell it right? The thicker rice noodle soup) and vermicelli to go pretty close to their closing time, and the food was pretty good with a huge portion of sliced beef and vegetables which makes me think their regular hour may be even better. They put pig blood & pig feet in a separate container - I guess in case some people don't like them. Good service too. I usually head out to my favorite pho place located off of Buford highway however this one is much closer to me we decided to try it out. First of all the restaurant is beautiful. Very modern and clean. The food came out so quickly. I ordered the meatball pho and the broth had no flavor to it. Also the broth seemed to have a lot of oil and grease. The meatballs also had no flavor. This broth should be aromatic and full of flavor. I believe for my medium bowl it was about $11. I may try to eat here again, however I will not order the pho. I would have to say this restaurant definitely was a big disappointment. read more

I walked into this establishment and stood at the "Please Wait To Be Seated" sign for 5 minutes. Nobody greeted me, they just made eye contact and said nothing at all. First of all, it isn't even that busy to miss someone standing and waiting to be seated. I asked if I should just seat myself and one of the two guys who ignored my presence, said "No someone will be right with you." Well, that could've been stated while I stood there. Then once I'm seated, I didn't even get a formal drink order, I just got water sent to me on a robot. I waited again to see if someone would take my order and I was only noticed because I just sat with my chin rested in my palm...that was about 8 minutes. Two patrons who came in after me were waited on before I was even acknowledged. They're too reliant on these robots, they put my silverware and been sprout on one and it malfunctioned and just sat in the middle of the restaurant. I noticed and went to get the stuff. That I shouldn't have needed to do. And I'm still sitting here and nobody has come over to even see if I need anything or would like another type of drink. We can't judge the food because nobody ever came to take our order. There was one overwhelmed young woman running around, and we couldn't get her attention. We finally left after 20 minutes. As to what we CAN give an opinion on...the place looks clean, but reeks of strong bleach. Big turn off. There are no menus, only a QR code menu. The server is SUPPOSED to take your order. A robot brings the food out to the tables. Trouble is, there is dance music playing on the overhead, but the robots are playing really loud classical music. Our ears and noses were being assaulted by noxious music and bleach, but sadly, we left hungry and more than a little cranky. read more

Literally do NOT come here. You're going to be stuck waiting HOURS for food that isn't worth your time. This place has gone down so much since they first opened. I would've given them a 4 or a 5 maybe two years ago but a lot has changed with this place since. The last time I was here was 8 PM on a Saturday night. My family ordered food that didn't come out until past 10 PM. At that point, we were committed and not like much is open still around that time anyways. The service was absolutely horrible and the food was honestly so subpar. They got new management in and all they do it sit around on their phones while all the customers suffer. We swore to never come back. However. The reason that I am posting this review is because they have now stepped up to scamming people. On Uber Eats, there is a store selling bahn mi. It goes by the name of Bahn Mi Baby. If you order through them, this is a place that makes your food. If I wanted food from here. I would have ordered here directly. The fact that I've ordered and then they finally gave me the address for pick up afterwards is ridiculous. But whatever. It's too late since I've ordered my food already and can't cancel it per Uber Eat's policies. The app tells me my order accepted immediately and will be ready in 10 minutes so I head over. I get here and no one has even made my food yet. How do I know? I went to the pick up station, told them the name for the order, watched them go into the kitchen and ask around for someone to make my order. I stood there for 15 minutes watching them try to find someone to do it and then it took them 30 minutes for two sandwiches. I really hate to complain because I understand, it's a service industry in a pandemic era still. But why would you wait until after I've gotten there and checked in to start making my food. And even then, from the time which I placed the order to when it got it, it had been 55 minutes. Like I wasted an hour of my life for sub par food. read more

I wished I could rate this ZERO stars if I could. I almost never write reviews about restaurants because it can affect peoples' livelihood, however, there are 2 incidences with I Luv Pho that have pushed me over the edge. I honestly think there are new owners who recently took charge and they do not know how to run a business with customer service. I last visited the place for dine-in with my family over a month ago. When we walked in, we waited 15 minutes for us to be seated. The staff saw us but completely ignored us. (I get that they are short-staffed but we've been here plenty of times before and even when they were short-staffed, at least they would greet us and tell us the wait time. That's the BARE MINIMUM that you should be able to do.) After being seated, it took another 15-20 minutes for us to be served water and for our orders to go through. We then proceeded to wait another HOUR before our food started to come out. Yes, STARTED. 1 bowl of pho came out first, then 15 minutes later, another bowl of pho. Another 15 minutes later, a plate of rice, and lastly and unfortunately for me, my plate of rice came last, a whole 2 hours after ordering. It seems like the wait staff chooses who can eat first because there were other groups of people who arrived after us and got their food first. While we were waiting, plenty of other families arrived and were never seated and eventually left. Some waited 30 minutes and no one even said hello to them. The lack of customer service here is insane. I saw 2 people sitting in the back on their laptops and phones. just sitting there and doing nothing while the 2 wait staff were running around like crazy trying to keep the place going. The girl on her phone even saw people coming into the place and just sat there, she even moved over to another table across the room and put her head down for a nap or something. That's incredibly rude and disrespectful. That's when we decided to never come back to this place ever again. Today, I was trying to order food on Uber Eats and saw a new listing under the name of Bahn Mi Baby and their sandwiches looked amazing. I ordered for pick up. Miraculously, it said my order was ready for pick up in about 5 minutes. And that was when they showed me the address and phone number. Called the place to find out where the location. Of course, they didn't pick up the phone but the prompt said I Luv Pho Kennesaw, and I was so disappointed. I was not looking forward to another bad incident. Of course, when we got there, they had no idea that we even made an order and so we had to wait once again. I hated that they listed it as a new restaurant to get new business because I felt like I was being scammed again. Had we ordered for delivery, I don't think we would even have any food ready. Food at I Luv Pho is actually great, it's the best place to go for Vietnamese food besides my mom's place. However, the customer service here is so poor that the food doesn't taste great anymore. I've read through some other reviews and generic responses that ask for a second chance because they have high standards and I think it's bullshit. If you did have high standards, you would retrain your staff since the first bad review. I don't think the new owners/management actually care. If they really want to change, they need to change their mindset on the business. Disrespecting customers is not the way to run a business, even if you are short-staffed. People will come back to your restaurant if you treat them well, even if there is a wait or when you are understaffed because they support people who care. If you really want Vietnamese food, I recommend Pho Dakao which is across the street. The food there is average but it works in a pinch. Customer service there is 5 stars compared to here so you won't leave feeling upset either. If you want sandwiches, go to IC Hot which is newly opened. If you really want Vietnamese food, make the drive to Buford Highway or the Pleasant Hill area. read more

Great place! Nice servers and good atmosphere. Thai tea was amazing and I'm very picky with that. Have yet to try it with boba and I'm looking forward to getting that in the future.
