Bought a 2018 BMW M6 Asked for pictures of any damages, interiors and exterior and imperfections i should know about. Everything looked good from pictures. When i came down there to finish up the paperwork they forgot to send pics of deep paint scratches, the cracked window, the worn out leather all very obvious imperfections. They decided to discount it a bit alittle, and they sold me a windshield warranty to replace the windscreen. When i called to have the warranty the did not cover cracks larger than a few mm. So i had to fork out $3000 to replace the whole windshield. A few months later... i went to go replace tires and it looks like one of the wheel nuts is almost rounded out so now they can't even remove the wheel to replace them. I bought a BMW 5 series from them in September, and encountered the following unpleasure. 1. The odometer was 3000 miles more than the advertised because one of their staff used the car as a daily driver. 2. The wheels are not original. One of the tires was from 2015 and they didn't know how to read the DOT code. 3. They tried to include a $215 dmv penalty in the registration fee because they forgot to register the car since April. 4. They charged me $633 registration fee and promised that I would get a full year of registration, i.e. next September. I doubted about that but they said they were sure. However when the registration card came, it expires in next April. 5. I tried to get part of my registration fee back and got denied. IMO they were no better than the average dealerships, no idea why there are so many positive reviews here. read more

This is long overdue, but the great experience I had with these guys compelled me to post my (first) review here on Yelp. Made the trek from San Diego in January after confirming availability and price of a 2019 BMW 440i convertible. Price was unbelievable for the mileage (~4k miles) and condition, so needed to see in person before pulling the trigger. As soon as I arrived, was greeted with my car in the lot, ready for a test spin. In an out of the area in about 2 hrs with full documentation and my brand new whip. PROS + Friendly and humble staff, none of the pretentiousness that goes along with luxury dealers. Special shout out to Reza for hooking it up with the deal and Tri Phan for walking me through all of the financing documentation. Tri even had BMW match my BoA interest rate on top of the great pricing I received. + Superior vehicle, especially for the condition and price point. I am super obsessed with attention to detail and browsed around for close to a year for a good deal (across dealers in SoCal and about), before settling on this beauty + Quick process. In and out in about two hours with down payment made, financing secured, and brand new whip in hand + All Warranties Checked out. Admittedly, not knowing anything about this dealer, I had my reservations regarding honoring of warranty, etc. But the transfer process was easy, and I brought the vehicle into my local SD BMW shop to get it registered within the first week of purchase. 4-yr/50k standard warranty and (balance of) 3 yr Ultimate Care all checked out and now officially under my name CONS - None really, but if I had to list anything, it was that the car only came with one key. I was promised two sets (if they found the second key) but they never followed up. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but wanted to keep this review as unbiased as possible. Have recommended coworkers to this shop and will def be back for a future purchase. read more

I bought a vehicle and trusted that they were selling a vehicle that was in good condition overall. After a week of driving it around with the TPMS on and having informed them numerous times I finally brought the car to Just Tires. After they put the car on the lift it t was pretty obvious that both rear tires were way past their serviceable age! I called them to advise them of the issue and sent them photos. I never heard from them again. I would not recommend them just because of their after sales customer service. read more

I've been deciding and waiting to write my review. First off, I did get a great deal on my car, perhaps a steal in my books (1 star). Granted this is a used dealer and cars come "as is", I dislike when they tell you something and the opposite happens it just tarnishes any further stereotypes about used car salesmen. The communication between myself and Omid was great at first, then he went completely radio silent after the transaction was done though he said Kim will handle everything going forward, so basically he pushed off everything to her. Thankfully she is responsive, easy to talk to and they should be extremely lucky to have her (2 stars). I was told they would get me my second key but as I understand, their "client" whom they were selling the car for is holding onto it as collateral until they receive their "check" for the car, then they (iLux Motors) will overnight the key to me. It's been about month and no key. For those who decide to buy a car from them by all means do but understand that if you work with Omid, prepare to have Kim follow up on your inquiries and second, unless you see a second key when you pick up your car, don't believe that they'll get you the other key. This place is a disaster. I hard a horrible experience leasing a car here. The leased me a car with warranty which expire before the lease was up...it wasn't in the contract and I when I signed the lease I specifically asked if the warranty was covered, to which Omid (their head guy) replied yes! To make a long story short, now they want me to pay for a new engine 1 month before the lease is up...and the warranty just expired a month prior. How convenient for them right? I was looking for a low down payment and a monthly payment of around $350. I had been looking for over a month with no luck.
