Lexbreezy Hawaiʻi I…read moreabsolutely LOVE Lexbreezy Hawaiʻi! This is one of my favorite places to get my beautiful Hawaiian rompers, and I've collected quite a few because the prints, colors, and styles are just gorgeous. Being born and raised on Maui and now living on the mainland, I love wearing pieces that keep me connected to Hawaiʻi. There's something special about putting on a beautiful island print and carrying a little piece of home with me wherever I go. And I have to give a special shout-out to the Active by Teal x Lexbreezy collaboration! I absolutely LOVE that collection. Bringing the Lexbreezy prints together with Active by Teal was such a beautiful collaboration, and those pieces are definitely some of my favorites. The rompers especially have me hooked! The designs are feminine, comfortable, flattering, and full of that Hawaiʻi feeling I miss so much. I also love being able to support Hawaiʻi businesses and the talented people creating these beautiful pieces back home. Five stars all the way! Mahalo, Lexbreezy Hawaiʻi, and especially for the amazing Active by Teal collaboration. This Maui girl living on the mainland will proudly keep wearing her Hawaiʻi wherever she goes.

Great styles for all. The customer service is great and the ladies are helpful. More stock please.read more

Shopping at Windward Mall in Kaneohe, Hawaii…read more.. When I go to the movies at Windward Mall on Tuesdays (when it's $6 per ticket at Regal Theater), I pass by this store and notice that it has NFL (National Football League) items. Island Sportswear is located on the upper level of Windward Mall, between Regal Theater and Glow Putt. The name of the shop is misleading. It doesn't have Aloha shirts nor muumuus. Instead, it provides customers with quality NFL Team gear. Are you a Cowboys or Rams fan? How about them 49ers and the Steelers? What about the Patriots and the Vikings? Some of my coworkers are loyal to the Seahawks. They wear their jerseys on game day to work and are very proud. I wonder if they got their attire from Island Sportswear? The location is so convenient and accessible! Besides t-shirts, sweatshirts, and collared shirts, Island Sportswear has koozies, flags, lanyards, key rings, blankets, caps, pop sockets, and even earrings! Wow! I'm ready to gift a lot of this merchandise to my family and friends! This store makes shopping so easy! Everything is organized well and displayed neatly!

I have to say I stop in at least every other week to check out what's new and there's always something that catches my eye. As Philadelphia native, this store has brought back some nostalgia of my days in PA with the pieces they carry. I'm also big on supporting local businesses so I love coming here to support our local economy. I will come back time and time again because it's such a good positive atmosphere. Also really nice to be able to watch the games on the two tv screens in store. 10/10 I always recommend this store!

Adrienne had just opened the shop for about 30 minutes and we happened to walk in and were the only customers at that time. Adrienne was very happy to help us as she offered her assistance before we even asked for help. We looked around at all their clothing, jewelry, magnets, coasters, puzzles, hair clips, games, and so much more. We already shop at the Kahala, Pearlridge & Ala Moana stores so we're well aware of their merch. Daughter & I grabbed a bunch of clothes to try on as they have these little private makeshift dressing rooms available. The store is so inviting as they have so many cute and colorful merch to select from. Even if you're not there for the clothes, they have a bunch of trinkets and cards that you'll find something to your liking to purchase. The prices are fairly reasonable for what they have. There were these cute hair clips with floral designs on a wood base attached to the plastic hair clips that was really cute. It sold for $22. It'll make a nice gift for almost any gal with long hair. There's street parking in front but I'm sure you can park in the big parking structure or huge lot across the street. We did and we didn't have any problems on our return. Adrienne was so upbeat, friendly and nice that she makes you want to be her friend for life. We'll be back to support local and dive into their new merch that they pretty much bring out often.

Shopping in Chinatown, Honolulu, Hawaii…read more.. My mom was on the hunt for Year of the Dragon shirts for my sister in Colorado, my nephew, and my nieces. We went to Walmart, Don Quijote, Dillingham Shirt Outlet, and Maunakea Street in Chinatown. She found shirts at Jessica's Jewelryand Gifts, but she didn't get a shirt for my nephew's girlfriend. In a panic, mom called me to go back to Jessica's. They were sold out. Only XL gray shirts were left. I entered Maunakea Marketplace, where I had dropped her off the other day, but she didn't walk far enough in... to get to YaFangShi Fashion. On the day before Lunar New Year, I saw many shirts of various colors and different designs hanging outside a shop! Inside, the clothes were neatly folded, and the dresses were hanging for better viewing. OMG... It was like t-shirt heaven! The shop was called YaFangShi Fashion. The friendly owner introduced herself and said that her name was Lian and that she's been here for 24 years! I had passed by often... and even bought a lavender-colored Cony umbrella, but didn't know the name of the shop. Looking around, Lian even had dresses, tops, jackets, footwear, accessories, and pants! I got a navy blue, medium-sized Year of the Dragon shirt for my nephew's girlfriend and gave it to mom to give to her on Lunar New Year. Everyone was happy! Yay! Happy Lunar New Year of the Wood Dragon!

I have many dream homes. My first dream home is a 3-story haunted Victorian Mansion with a large…read morewrap-around porch and wrought-iron fence outside. It would also have a large forest in the back with a small babbling stream running through it. The atmosphere would be a dark, dreary, foggy and rainy place. If you think I'm kidding, I am not. My second dream home would be another 3-story non-haunted Victorian Mansion with an airy porch with flowers all over the place, and the interior would be decorated with stuff from this store: Muse Kailua. I know non-haunted Victorian Mansions do not appear very oceany but who cares! I love the stuff in here and you could probably incorporate a lot of their stuff with your current decor. My current decor is shabby messiness with a hodge-podge of clutter, mess, papers strewn about, Halloween decorations out all-year-long, paper receipts piling up in boxes, dried hibiscus seed pods cluttering up the counter and a pile of (fake) skeletons on the living room floor. No, again I am not kidding. Aside from this foolish decor in my house, the stuff in here is the stuff I dream about: a clean, uncluttered home, airy windows with white billowy curtains, home smelling like fresh lemons and decor from Muse Kaiula: seashells, floral plates, tropical oceany goodness, whimsical lovely items and dream-like girlyness. If you are into Victorian, girliness, girly girl, mermaids, ocean, tropical, and ooh-la-la this is your place, and you're in luck if you're on the mainland because now they have their online store open!! I asked if Tricked Out Accessories was a franchise or a corporate chain, hoping I could return the product at any location, but instead of an answer, I was just told to go back to Waikiki and speak to a manager. Now, I have to drive all the way to Waikiki, pay for parking, and try to find a manager--without any guarantee of when one will be there. This lack of clear policies and poor customer service made the whole experience incredibly frustrating.
