Overcharged by the guy in the suit for what I got as well as how long it took when I was sat immediately. Feels like she also filed my natural nail too much when shaping with tips on (on the sidewalls). Also, didn't take all of my previous acrylic off so I still have acrylic under my new acrylic set

During the manicure, the technician was speaking loudly the entire time, which was extremely overstimulating. He appeared rushed, distracted, and frequently looked around instead of focusing on my nails. When the service was finished, I noticed the gel was bumpy and uneven. Although they offered to fix it, correcting gel polish would have required soaking or filing down my nails further. My nails are already thin from a visit two weeks ago with the same technician, and the gel polish from that service chipped after only one week. I didn't want to be rude by asking for a different technician and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I am genuinely unhappy with the results, especially for what should be a straightforward gel manicure. On a positive note, the technician who did my pedicure took her time and did a great job. Unfortunately, I don't get much time to treat myself to nail services, and while this salon is conveniently located near my home, I will no longer be returning or recommending it to friends.
