I've been coming here for about 3 years, but after my last visit, I will never return. I came in to fix a broken nail and was told to wait for my original tech. I ended up waiting about an hour while staff kept going back and forth, clearly frustrated about who was going to deal with my nail. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Eventually, a different technician took over, and the service was rough and painful. She was pulling my hand, filing aggressively on the sides, and it actually hurt. The nail was done carelessly and didn't even match the rest of my set. On top of that, the attitude was obvious. Between the tone, looks, and the way they were going back and forth in their language, it was clear I was being treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. Don't assume customers don't notice just because you're speaking another language. After years of loyalty, this was extremely disappointing. I felt disrespected and unwelcome. Every customer that comes in they laugh and speak in there own language Apparently they don't ask what pedicure you want they just give standard basic and add a $5 callus removal which they don't even remove anything (I'll place my pictures) I was here 2weeks ago so I shouldn't have much to remove also have to request your nail bed file and have to look at what they're doing because they'll leave gunk behind. Their service is crap and uncomfortable when they always talk shit in their language. It should be universal to make customers feel welcome. The male tech said he could do cat eye which was an epic fail he claimed to not have the tool that could give me the same effect thats on display. I had a really disappointing experience here today. I came in specifically to get press on tips on my toes, which this salon has done for me before with no issue. I was seated, took my anklets off, was given the book, and only then was told they 'don't work with outside products' and refused to do my service. If that's your policy, it should be stated upfront, not after a client is already in the chair and ready to go. The location looks pretty clean. The ppl seem nice enough. Nothing that really stands out. They mostly talk amongst themselves in a language that you don't understand. The chairs aren't too comfortable. I usually like the massaging but this chair did more of an unpleasant shaking so just turned it off. I had a spa mani and the Bella pedicure. My pedicure was really good. I enjoyed it. I didn't pick any color just wanted a relaxing pedicure and manicure without the polish. They seemed to have a hard time understanding this. Ugh I can't believe I have to start looking for a new nail salon. I've been coming here for years BUT they underwent new management and the services went down but the cost went up! A gel pedicure used to cost $28 and now $35! They don't even put anything in the water to soften your nails, skin, cuticles. I had to actually ask for it and she put a tiny scoop like if she was paying for it I can even tell that the business has gone down. Friday's, 5 o'clock was always busy and there was hardly no wait today. The last time I came a month ago it was the same, but now I see why. Shame they changed management. I came in Saturday 2/12/22 to get facial waxing (upper lip and sideburns). The woman that helped me left the used strips next to my head, so when I got up I had wax strips stuck to my hair. I came in with my hair in a bun so I don't know where she had them that they ended up in my hair behind my ear. She tried getting me to go but I asked her to give me something to take the wax out, she rubbed some oil in my hair but I still left with chunks of wax sticking my hair together. I came home to remove it myself, it was a painful process since a lot of it was closer to my scalp but I managed to do it with minimal hair loss. I am posting this review to warn others so it doesn't happen to them and so the business can better train to avoid these issues as well as address them better when they happen. read more
