I signed my kid for doing the online Driver's Education class, which he passed. It has been more than 4 weeks, but we still have not received the certification for passing the course. We have emailed them, called them, some person did call back promising to send out the certifcate 'soon' & reaching us in 3-days- we have been waiting for it arrive via mail for last 2 weeks. Do NOT spend money on this driving school. Craig was so unprofessional. The reason I went with this driving school was because I wanted to support small business, Craig was friendly over the phone, and he was willing to schedule lessons on Sunday for us because of my son's baseball schedule. For the first driving lesson he showed up with a car that wasn't even marked as a driving school/and there wasn't any warning to other drivers that there was a new driver behind the wheel. For the 2nd driving lesson I had to reschedule the appointment twice because Craig forgot to show up for the appointment, and didn't bother calling to let us know that he couldn't make it. We ended up taking a 3rd lesson with TRTS because it was so difficult to schedule another lesson. Finally, Craig texted me and said that he was planning to send Adam's certificate of completion in the mail on March 21st, and it is now April 2nd, and it never arrived. I also requested that he give my son the third lesson that I paid him for, so that he could review before his driving test, and Craig never responded. I still need a copy of the final certificate, and I haven't heard back from Craig. I have texted and left phone messages. Please respond. read more

Please take my warning and DO NOT use this company. I wish I had been warned before I did. I chose this school because they had hours outside of bankers' hours. Which if you are trying to get your teen scheduled around school is extremely helpful. I read a few not so great reviews, but after Craig was very responsive before I purchased, I decided that I would give it a try. I only wish I knew what a nightmare it would be! There were a few Pros: initial communication was great, it was relatively easy to schedule the first appointment, and I was impressed with the level of detail and time he took explaining vehicle operation at the start of the first lesson. My daughter also said the lesson went well. But that's where it ends. He was late to the first session. He did eventually text to let us know. The first session went well as mentioned above. He did offer to get the second session scheduled right away (in hindsight, I wish we had!), however, we wanted our daughter to practice a little bit more on her own before scheduling the second session. We reached out to him a few weeks later to schedule the second session. It has now been MONTHS with no response. We scheduled and completed our first session in Sept 2023 (it's now March 2024). I have since called, emailed, and texted Craig to schedule the second session with absolutely no response. It's as if Craig completely disappeared. So his lack of response can only lead me to believe that he will take your money, do as little as possible, and then keep your money without delivering what he sold. You must have the certificate of completion in order to take the driving test, so there is zero value in the partial services that he provided. Run....fast...and far! **Please note - I am now aware that this is a one-person operation. I know that life circumstances can happen and they are not always in your control. If Craig were to re-materialize and make good on the services that he has sold, I will come back to update my review. read more

He teaches with professional way and skill for student not only able to pass the test, but student also be able hit the road smoothly after taking the lessons. His way of teaching is straight forward. His personality is patient. As a result, students will be confident after receiving lessons. As an international student, learning overseas isn't easy at all. With his help, of course with our constant practice over and over again. We spent over 10 hours for practice. The result is satisfying. It's a big PASS for the road test! The business is unbelievably unprofessional. The business number is the cell # of the owner, Craig who is also the instructor. He did not even set up his voice mail box, so when you call, you'll continually get a message saying that the voice mail is not set up (he might set up AFTER reading this review). Nobody answers the call, no email gets answered except for informing the initial money receipt and scheduled driving lesson time for your child. The website looks fancy and 30 some people gave 4-5 rating stars on Google, so I booked the driving lesson for my son without knowing the truth. (I see Yelp got 23 people who gave all 5 stars with a business that you can never reach??) The website says "we PROVIDE free pick up and drop off service"; but I've never received any call, email response (he said he's going to call for another date, but never did or answered my question about it), or text message before the initial lesson time (and remember you can never reach him), so we went to the office address on Google for the scheduled driving lesson time. What else can I do when you can never reach anyone and no email response? My son and I waited there for 15 minutes and I called multiple times and the owner never answered the call. He called back only after I emailed saying we're waiting at the building. He came 25 minutes later and became ballistic because I said on the phone worrying that I thought it was a scam at first because there was nobody answers calls or emails and also the office was locked. He neither apologized for not getting back to the customer nor not showing up for the lesson on time. Do NOT be a victim of these 4-5 star ratings. If I let him go, I could never reach this owner=driving school, so I demanded the refund of $485 to be processed at the spot in front of me. read more

Highly recommend this driving school to anyone. My 19 year old daughter did not get her permit until age 18 (super scared too drive because of how aggressive people are these days on the road.) I Passed Driving School was great with my daughter. They gave her great tips and focused on what she needed help on. They even took her to practice near the DMV where she was supposed to take her driving test and took her on routes that they were most likely to use. They were flexible and were very communicative with the appointments. In fact, they even allowed us to take the last 2 hours of the 6 hour package without charge even though we had passed the 6 month deadline. I think this young man has a serious gambling problem. And he is demanding money and he was not even finished with the first job. My grandson only had one lesson. Left and if I would have chosen this young man to teach my daughter after the rude text messages that he sent me. I blocked him from my phone. Then he will go down before this and harass my grandson at work. He seemed to be a good person. And I respect him for trying to have a business. But if you're gonna have a business you need to. Realize there are ups and Downs. And you cannot just put your car in the shop and depend that someone's going To pay in full when you have not completed a service pending. I'm leaving this review. Because this is a bitter sweet situation. The young man is nice and he did. Take my grandson on 2 lessons. But he was paid to do 3 lessons at 2 hours each. I got in touch and got the DMV package (I've been driving for years, but you cannot re-verify a foreign license). I also wanted a session to go over the test and things to have in mind that make you lose points easily. I scheduled my test before contacting anyone, and I only had a week to find someone to prepare me for the test. The instructor not only accommodated my time constraints, but was also flexible when unexpected events had me reschedule my lesson. The instruction was wonderful and we covered everything I needed to be aware of to make the test uneventful and easy. We went over auto-fails, the points system, proper line change and awareness checks, did a couple of pilot tests and got other things to have in mind. He then picked me up the next day for my test. Craig was professional, friendly, easy going and pleasant to work with. For adults with a license from abroad that cannot be re-checked in the State of California, this is a great option to get his license application done with. 100% recommended. read more

The first lesson he was a no-show, but I managed to contact him the next day, and he was very apologetic and we rescheduled my lessons to complete them all. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS SCHOOL. Craig will take your money. He just recharged my daughters card again for lessons she paid for in full "a year ago. Today, he "recharged" her card again. He has changed his number and the new number on the website, he keeps picking up and hanging up. At this point, I think he has blocked the phone number so he dosent have to admit he fraudulently charged her card! We are filing legal action. This man is a scammer and will take your money. He does not keep his commitments nor does he have any integrity in business. I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE DRIVING LESSONS WITH THIS MAN. HE WILL NOT SHOW AND STILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD TWICE!
