Best repair shop in town!! I was upgrading my Hard Drive on my MAC MINI and my I unfortunately ripped-off the pin connector for the fan from the logic board. I thought it was all over and I needed to purchase a new computer. I called "I Repair it Fast" and they look at the issue and told me it will be fix in 3 hours and within 3 hours the place a brand new pin connector and solder the pin to the logic board. My Mac Mini was back in operations like a brand new computer. The price was super reasonable. I highly recommend this repair shop. read more

I am soooo happy with their service! I don't know why I waited so long to fix my MacBook. About a year ago my Mac wasn't working properly. I was only able to use it with the power adapter. I took it to a place and they wanted to change my battery and the logic board (or something like that) and they were charging me $500+. As the typical broke college student I decided to skip that and continue using my Mac with the charger adapter, which became so inconvenient. Until I found this place and read all the reviews!! This place really does repair it fast. It's on Green Street, has easy parking and friendly customer service. The only thing I don't understand is why 5 months ago they, another yelper got a better price on the same model of phone as me. They recommended the original screen and it was $89 instead of the $79 they gave to another yelper. Check in to get the free glass screen protector. read more

I took my smashed iphone 6 in today without an appointment and I walked out with a new Apple certified screen in 15 minutes (was probably less). My phone was in such bad condition that Staples refused to fix it because it was bent, so I was worried that my phone might have been beyond repair. I Repair it Fast fixed it without any issues and even put a free screen protector on my new screen. A new Apple screen for an iphone 6 costs $99 and comes with a warranty for 90 days I believe. The aftermarket screen for an iphone 6 costs $69 and doesn't come with a warranty. This place is great. If I need a phone screen repaired again, I'd bring it here in a heartbeat. read more

What's faster than a speeding bullet? I Repair it Fast. I walked in without calling ahead or giving any kind of heads up on a Thursday around 1:45pm and the guy looked at my very beat up phone and asked me two questions: Is this the first time I've cracked it (yes) and would I like a "used" screen ($59) or a new one ($79 -this one). After he tinkered with it a bit (I'm assuming the tinkering was to determine the phone's viability after repair), he told me it would be about 20 minutes. I ran an errand and was back within an hour and had a brand spanking new phone waiting for me. That's not only impressive in time, but also in price (as I'd paid upwards of $100 for a new 6s screen elsewhere). Check-in on Yelp and you get a shnazzy protective screen cover so you hopefully don't have to return! Summary: I highly recommend this place. They are very professional. Long version: My daughter was having issues with her iPhone. She could not receive or make calls or texts. We took it to the ATT store to get it looked at and they said it had to be repaired. I called customer service and they said it was the SIM. We went back to ATT where they tried to convince us to change our plan and get an extra phone we didn't need or want. So then we went to this place. In less than a min he told us it just needed to be updated. He didn't charge us anything or try to take advantage of us. He even said if it didn't work the first time to just try and do it again. So we went home and sure enough after updating the phone was fine. If I ever need my phones repaired I would go to them. They are very trustworthy and professional. read more

The place is nondescript, minimalistic. My HP dinosaur laptop decided that Sunday would be a good day to fail because, you know, nothing's open. I luckily still had my trusty iPhone handy, and it hadn't failed (yet). I accessed this app and did an immediate search for computer repairs open right then on a day which most wouldn't be. This place came up close to the top, and I was close by. I called, and Begench answers. He asked me my troubles, and he suggested I bring it by right then. So, in ten minutes, I was there. I walk in and Begench walks out into the front from around back. He instantly diagnoses what could possibly be the problem and quotes me a price. I say okay, see you tomorrow, and walk out, doing something I've never done before: I left my complete trust in the hands of a complete stranger. But, I don't worry. I come back today, and viola! My PC is back to normal. Begench and his partner Sergio give me the 411 on what happened, we settled up, and I was on my way. Nice guys. I haven't needed I Repair it Fast for several years and loved the place when Sergui owned it. It has apparently changed hands and is not the place it used to be. I am giving it 2 stars as a compromise: horrible service on Saturday made better by the service I received on Monday (yesterday). I would love to give Andrew a 5 star rating because he deserves it -- a knowledgeable technician and a good communicator. As for the experience with Roger who was there on Saturday, he could learn some things from Andrew about communication. I dropped off two phones for new batteries and Roger said it would take about 40 min and I could wait or come back. I chose to come back. When I arrived 45 min later, Roger was still chatting with the young female customer who was there when I dropped off the phones. Roger saw me and ran to the back, asking Arman--who had just come back into the store from having a cigarette out front, if I had come to pick up the two phones with batteries. Roger then talks the entire time he is in the back, talking about how 'they' don't like it when he offers more money to the customers who want to sell their phones; how they only offer $30 when they could offer more money, doesn't understand why and he would do it differently and in fact had done so for a customer. Yada, yada, yada... it is always a bad situation when employees are bad mouthing their employers in front of customers. Roger then shows up out front in a flurry with one phone, plugging it in so it can charge the battery bc, he explains, the batteries are sent uncharged. The other phone comes out in a bit and also barely charged which leads me to believe that my phones were not touched until I came back to the store and still had to wait for the phones. When I get home, I realize that one phone has an illuminated rectangle on the screen and turn around to take it back. This is when Roger gets all high and mighty when I say I have been to the store 3x times now; he starts to argue that is not true, raised his voice, took the phone to the back, and started talking again about how the customer says there is something wrong, have to look at it....yada, yada. Roger brought out the phone to say one of the wires was sticking up which caused the display problem so I take it and go back home. Long story short, the phone was still not completely okay and I had to take it back on Monday. Andrew opened it and looked at the brackets holding the battery and adjusted one of them bc it wasn't seated correctly. First of all, I understand that things sometimes go wrong however in this case, it was a lack of paying attention to the task at hand. If I was the owner of said store, there is no way I would have Roger representing me to anyone. I spoke to Arman and requested the owner call me as I was hoping to speak with the owner rather than writing this review--I did not receive a call and cannot say whether the message was given to the owner. My advise, if you still choose to use this establishment, ask for Andrew. Roger was arrogant and did not display any of the "professionalism" that was mentioned in other reviews. read more
