I sent a request for ten different places to have a look into my Wacom Companion 2. It's not a very common device to have repaired, especially since most people shell out the 500+ dollars to repair one or not even take a look. Phillip had the tools and he was very comfortable with handling electronics. Not only was he doing several at a time while still making a mental checklist on the issue, he was also listening and already moving on two steps ahead to diagnose and making a few dad jokes in-between. He diligently was taking it apart, replace the faulty part and put it back together again. He also double-checked the device and made sure it was working before the hand-out. Phillip deserves a raise, that guy has been in all day this Sunday working and still smiling about it. Or maybe he's good at hiding the pain? I have no idea, his rates were super fair and I'd love to come back when this thing eventually decides to take another vacation. Was charged $100 to fix a cracked screen on my android. I specifically told him it was just the screen and everything else works. Now the phone is completely broken, I'm getting a Chinese OS error message and the phone just flickers and vibrates but won't turn on. I tried to call them to leave a voicemail and their mailbox is full. Edit: I went back and Phillip did a great job fixing my phone, discovering that the issue was from the way the phone had been "fixed" by the owner the first time I was there. Phillip is great and clearly keeping this location afloat. Five stars for Phillip, but minus one star for it being a messed up job the first time around so I had to shift around my entire schedule and go back the next day. I've come here twice (I'm clumsy lol). It's under 12$ to get a replacement tempered glass cover and the person who works there does it for you in less than 15 mins. There's metered parking outside on green st and a small couch inside the business you can sit and wait. The worst phone repair in the WORLD. Let me start with saying i did my research and i thought i was going to get a good experience. It all seemed fine till he started to man handle and open my phone. I went in for a simple battery replacement for an iphone 14 and the guy literally just pulled the screen out, left screws everywhere and was looking for missing ones and to top it off, BROKE MY POWER BUTTON. I went back and forth with when he could fix it. Then i noticed my screen was popping out. So i asked him to fix it and he half ass fixed it. Then he said he would call me back to fix my power button no later than sunday. then i realized i was being ignored. i kept getting my phone calls dodged and sent to voicemail. Then i called from my girlfriend's phone and they answered instantly but then they realized they were talking to me and quickly sent us to wait and hang up. then the next day i called again multiple times before an answer and got put on a 20 minute hold so i went into the store itself and got told again to wait until thursday. so i went to the apple store and got quoted at 550 dollars to fix my phone. So o expect this store and its owner to give me my 550 dollars to replace and fix my Iphone 14 Pro. very irresponsible. They will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. read more

This experience was traumatic. I went to get my phone screen repaired since it was cracked. I ended up having to come back four separate times because each time, the repair guy said he wasn't ready. At the end, my phone screen was repaired but the face ID stopped working. I was so confused because he would tell me to come back in a certain amount of time, so I would drive there, and be told to come back another time. The first time, he said to come back in 1.5 hrs, so I came back after 2 hours, and he said he still needed more time, but that it would be ready by the end of the day, 6pm. I came back at 5:30 to be told that he didn't have time to get to fixing my phone because he was busy getting other orders done. However, he offered a 10% discount, so instead of $110 it was 100. He said he would definitely be done with it by tomorrow. By tomorrow, I came back and he wasn't done. I started to get frustrated, so he gave me a lender phone to use for the day. Each time I came in, I explicitly asked him when it would be done, and I made it clear that I did not want to keep coming back. What confuses me the most is that he kept lying about when the phone would be ready. I was so frustrated by his underestimates -- he kept saying it'll be done soon, when it wasn't. After talking to him for so long, I could tell he was exhausted and having a hard time, so I tried to be patient. But I came to get my phone fixed, and this experience was just horrible. I was so stressed and he also caused me a lot of pain because I would run errands without my phone, try to go to work, it was hard to function! I came because this place had good reviews, and I don't doubt that they have done good work. But from my experience, this place has bad time management and communication that is not worth the cheaper price. Came in to get the back of my iPhone 12 Pro Max fixed. Armen told me it would take an hour to fix; however, it ended up taking over 4 hours to get my iPhone back. He fed me the excuse that it wasn't his fault and that another customer took up a lot of his time (excuses are Armand theme). When I finally got it back, the flash was no longer working and the main camera lens fell off. He tried to replace the camera lens within 20 minutes, and once I got it back the lens was dirty causing the photos to come out blurry. Brought it back the next day around 2:00 pm to get the flash and lens fixed. Armen told me it would be ready to be picked up by 4:00 pm. However, I came back at 4:00 and it was still not ready. He asked I I could please give me another 30 minutes, so I waited outside and walked in 30 minutes later, and the phone was still not fixed. He again fed me another excuse how it wasn't his fault and a customer took up his time blah blah blah. He then told me to come back at 7:45 am the next morning promising me the fix would take less than 20 minutes. Came back the next morning and he didn't even arrive until around 8:15 am, handed him my phone and he assured me it would be fixed in 20 minutes. I told him I had a meeting at 9:00 am, and he handed me my phone back at 8:50 am. Not only was the flash still broken and camera lens blurry and not fixed, but now the power button stopped working and the top right of the screen was broken. I was very upset and asked for the owners phone number. I Spoke with Sam (the owner) and told him what had happened. He told me he would talk to Armen and call me back. Didn't hear from him the rest of the day, and decided to give him a call the next day, but he didn't answer the phone nor return my call. Called him four days later, the phone rang twice and then he sent me to voicemail. Ended up having to go through Verizon to replace my phone, and the amount of damage that this business did to my phone forced me to upgrade to the 14 pro. AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE. Armen has terrible time management, makes consistent excuses for his poor time management, does not take ownership for his mistakes, is unreliable and doesn't know what he's doing when it comes to fixing phones. Sam has terrible customer service and will not return your calls. Again, AVOID THIS SHOP. Take your business somewhere else where they can actually do the job and provide good customer service. read more

I returned to this local repair shop because I had a great experience a couple years ago. (Cracked Samsung cell phone screen replaced quickly and at a good cost.) So I came back recently with an unresponsive Pixel to replace the screen or recover the data. They were unable to fix the problems, so I can't comment on the skill or cost. The customer service was the problem. Honestly, it seems like the place is critically understaffed. Just one person working on the five different days I went in. Although he's a nice guy, he doesn't seem to have the time to do the work and respond to phone calls and walk-ins. So work is delayed, info is scarce, and excuses are common. After two weeks, I just camped out in the lobby to get my phone back. I witnessed a couple other customers with the same outcome. For now, find another place for your repairs. read more

This man who works here approached me While l was parked in MY DESIGNATED business parking space at 11:15pm at night. I worked a 12 Hour day. I was so exhausted so I wanted to rest my feet before My drive home. I sat in my car for less then 10 minutes. He approached my car very abruptly yelling at me To turn my high beams off. My lights were apparently blinding him outside of his business while he was smoking a cigarette. I then told him my high beams were not on. He walked away upset got in his car and drove up to park RIGHT behind me and shined his high beams on me. He decided since I wasn't moving the right move was to torture me. I drove up to his window and said sir do you realize you are tormenting a female pasted 11pm at night. Do you realize how terrifying this is? He claimed I was just using the female card and should have turned off my lights that he was giving me a taste of my own medicine. My Lights are clear In the photo . They are the two lights below this tree. This was completely out of line. You do not treat people like this nor can approach a vehicle parked in their designated parking space to tell them to turn off their lights. This whole situation was ridiculous. It's Already scary enough walking to your car At night as a women, now I have to worry about being yelled at By my neighbors for my Lights being on in my Car. For those of you considering fixing your Phone..... I can understand keeping a car running, but a phone? That phone of yours made from delicate and Intricate parts soldered together, neatly packaged in aluminum and glass by factories across the world. I came in to have my very old phone fixed because the charging port broke. They replaced it, and it worked. Except my haptic motor, microphone, and speaker all stopped working. The repair didn't work out, and it was time for a new phone. They of course refunded the payment. For phones, enter at your own peril. They were meant to be disposable from the day they left the factory. My advice, if you need a new phone, your going to have to buy it. Or deal with the consequences of holding on, to that old car you love so much. except, its a phone. Assembled in a factory on the other side of the globe. Its not meant to last. These guys will put your phone together, much tighter than the genius bar at the apple store. I know because apple replaced my battery, and the screen always creaked afterwards. That went away after I took it here. Apple Care, and fixing your phone, is a scam! But, you cant blame these guys, for the infrastructure Apple put together before them. They are running a Business, and are doing a better job than Apple. Just buy a new phone. Your gonna have to eventually anyways. read more
