I highly recommend this business! I recently took a phone to be repaired and they never quit until they got to the problem. It was tricky, because the phone had been dropped, screen had shattered, and for some reason the normal remedies were not working on this OnePlus phone. (Oh, and we couldn't remember the access code to the phone...!!). The other shop we took it to first, said they couldn't fix it and they referred us to "I Repair It Fast." After IRIF exhausted the obvious fix options, they admitted those hadn't worked. But, they insisted they would be able to fix it. (I love people that have "engineer minds," and refuse to give up!). Sure enough, somehow they did it and I picked up a perfectly repaired phone! I was SOOOOOO grateful, because we had all the photos of a newborn baby on there, from 2 weeks to six months. I accidentally drop my MacBook Air on the table when I was lifting it... and it started acting weird .. it will turn on but it won't log in.. always will freeze on log in page, so I had to repair it. They tried really hard to repair it and was able to do it half of the price of what mac Technitian quoted me with. On top of that, I didn't lose my files. Since my logic board was damaged, there was a chance that my data won't be recovered. When I had another battery problem with the same laptop, they were able to replace it fast. These guys are amazing! My computer wouldn't start. They close at 7pm. I got there at 645pm and asked them how long it would take? They said they would do it right then and there since they new I needed it done urgently. I had the power supply replaced 2 years ago from another repair shop. They charged me over $200. These guys charged me $150 and gave me the 5 year warranty that came with it! Apparently the previous place used some cheap power supply. I can't recommend them enough! Life savers!!!! read more

This shop is super efficient! They do a great at fixing iPhones, that's specifically what I went in for. They have fixed my camera, shattered back screen and broken side vibrate/silent button. They also provide great pricing. They also stay open pretty late so it's very convenient. I will say that their customer service could be a bit better but overall, they get the job done. I can't recommend them if you're prone to accidents. Short version: My ruff treatment of my phones means their cheep repairs didn't last more then a month before something WORSE happened to my phone. I had my old Samsung S7 for 4 years before I got a small crack in the corner. It was completely my fault, but it took that long. I had to upgrade and got an A13 and didn't have any problems for a full year till the screen started flickering. That's when I took my phone into this place and they said the screen had an internal crack. They replaced the screen. Turns out what they replaced it with wasn't durable at all! I was charged 90$ on a 200$ phone and it's straight up cracked with in the first week. Again, I'm ruff on my phones, so I was like maybe it's my fault. I started treating it gently debating on getting a new one or paying an extra 75$ (they said I could maybe get 15$ off). Then it scratched in a completely different spot and it was deep. At that point, I KNEW that it was cause the phone screen quality was bad, since I had been super gentle with it. Then the bottom of the screen came a little lose. (I could see the light coming out of it at night.) To top it all off, the charger port broke internally and my phones now completely broken. I'm just sure that since the screen was lose, a wire that shouldn't be able to move did. read more

I had my phone repaired with an iPhone screen a little over a year ago through them paid $200. He got submerged into water no more than 1 foot took it out right away and put it in rice. The phone was supposed to be water resistant up to 2 meters and they obviously didn't seal the screen right so the phone had water damage. I came back I gave my phone to them for five days kept giving me the runaround kept telling me they were gonna get back to me never did I kept constantly having to get back to them. The man at the front desk is extremely poor at communicating. They procrastinated for five days. I ended up getting so frustrated that I just took the phone with it completely open and everything. I was obviously put at the back of the list even though I was waiting five days. Also the water problem with the phone was NOT the issue. The issue was that the communication was HORRIBLE and they never fixed it in a 5day span! I would not recommend this shop to anybody ever. read more

Terrible communication and follow-up. Their phone system is perpetually broken and their website hours are wrong (closed on Sunday despite website and receipt info). I mentioned it to them and they were aware of these basic issues to update. Generally, a laissez-faire attitude around customer service that turned me off. To further clarify, brought my laptop in to be diagnosed. They reported back saying it was not repairable but was willing to purchase parts. I thought about it and decided against the action and wanted to pick my laptop up. Up until now - no complaints. But trying to arrange a time was inexcusable. Attempt #1: I arranged to go on Sunday to pick up (since their hours state they're open). They were closed. Please note, I live in Santa Monica so it takes me 30-40 minutes each way to drive there and I can only go on the weekend. Attempt #2: I called approx. 10x the following weekend for the line to be "out of service". I finally get through by dialling the extension before the message completes. The clerk has no idea where my laptop is and says he'll call me back later that day with more information. He does not. I have to follow up 3 days later to ask if they have my laptop. Attempt #3: I finally arrive to pick up my laptop. I arrive right at 11am and storefront is closed. Clerk wanders in 15 minutes later with no urgency. Now my partner has a HTC phone he wanted to sell for parts. The clerk offers $35, proceeds to draw up the paper work and then decides, he's uncomfortable without his boss ' approval. He states, he would check and then get back to him. But alas, no follow up call. iRepair warned me that they would report this comment as inappropriate to Yelp management. They also sounded like they were aware of the inaccuracy of their hours of operation (on the phone). Instead of crawling through the Yelp comments, perhaps take the care and responsibility to update your information accurately. This all happened prior to any business interactions. I can't comment to the quality of their work but I was turned off by their business etiquette and general respect for other peoples' time. All it takes is the first impression, and it was a negative one here. Fellow Yelpers, be warned. read more

But I founded his place in yelp and fellow helpers gave them good reviews so I thought might as well try. One very cool thing is that he doesn't charge for a diagnostic. What is free nowadays? He was a little busy so he said he needed a day to get to it. The next day he called and told me the problem and how much it would cost. I think his prices are very fair. There was a problem with the screen that wasn't major but might bother some people. He showed me but didn't try to push me to change the screen. i came to have the speaker of my 6Splus exchanged. When I returned to pick up they informed me they'd need the phone for 2 more days because the new speaker, which apparently is the whole bottom of the phone, somehow shorted the battery and the phone did not start. when they put back the old speaker unit, the phone didn't start either. 2 more days because they are closed sundays and because the higher level tech guy wasn't there during my visit. Monday I returned and they got the phone working again. Sadly the new speaker still sounded blown so they changed the mesh that covers the speaker. Speaker finally sounded great. I had an appointment that morning 1hr and 15 minutes away, which I think put them under time pressure when they worked on it as far as thorough testing. Which is understandable. Later that morning I discovered that the camera, LED light and ear speaker (when holding the phone to your ear) did no longer work. This is something that has never happened to me since owning iPhones since 2007, and definitely not with this particular phone. Meaning it wasn't a pre existing issue. I informed them of this and they promised to fix it but also said that my having so little time made it harder for them as they didn't have the luxury of time to test the phone properly. I however had already gotten to Ventura County and didn't feel like adding another 3 hours sum total of driving back to Pasadena and back up to Ventura. So I had it fixed locally up here. Apparently, there is a thin cable that connects the camera and led light and upper speaker assembly to the motherboard and that was slightly bent and therefore no longer functional. I was informed that can happen when you open the front glass at too wide of an angle. The thing is, a month ago I had my battery replaced. No one knows whether some incipient damage was done then, which resulted by mere coincidence in the failure of the camera part. Life's not perfect. That's an old phone and while initially I thought, what did "they" do to my phone, I now see the larger picture. Shit happens and they truly did their best given the circumstances. Like putting in 3x the labor since the repair had to be redone twice, but only charging me once. They also displayed the utmost level of kindness and professionalism. All around nice guys and i would not hesitate to go back. The less here is that it's time for a new phone. I endorse and recommend this repair shop. Thank you. read more
