They did not see a woman and try and take advantage as many others. They gave me a great price and were so helpful and they had my car done and back to me within 3 hours! He dismissed them as ''minor damages'' and even started yelling at us outside the establishment while inspecting the vehicle, saying: ''Progressive doesn't pay for minor damages, I have an email that proves it, do you want to see it, do you want to see it?''. I preferred to leave right then and proceed with a formal claim against the insurance company. Terrible customer support and no backing against the insurer. I am contacting corporate at info@crashchampions.com, but I want to make it clear publicly that this is no longer just about the repair itself, but about a complete lack of professionalism. Jonathan Martinez's aggressive claim that 'Progressive doesn't pay for minor damages' is unacceptable, especially when dealing with a vehicle's safety features. Staff must take evaluations seriously so they don't compromise the reputation of Crash Champions or Progressive Insurance. So, I don't go to Top Auto often recently. But, I will go there again for some big repair jobs definitely, though I will have to drive over an hour. One more thing: They are very honest. They never cheat. For an old vehicle, they recommend not to spend money for minor issues. For instance, they never recommended to replace shock absorbers of my 18 years old MDX, while the dealer was pushing for it; the dealer price was even twice or 3 times higher than the used MDX trade-in price!!! We have been very satisfied with their service. In fact as I type this they are just now leaving my residence where they replaced a faulty battery. The nearest crew to be dispatched to me to jump and test the battery (which had a bad cell and needed to be replaced) did not have the right size battery for my truck in their vehicle, so they called another nearby crew finishing up another call who did --- and brought the battery to them so they could complete the job. Their crews were very professional & polite and - from the moment I contacted AAA, they updated me on their ETA via text message and cell phone calls, and they were very communicative when they arrived on the scene, diagnosed my problem, and then called another truck to deliver the battery I needed. Based on my experiences I would highly recommend them. I find it strange that all of their reviews here are either Five Star or One Star reviews - given that I have had multiple experiences with them over many years and would rate all of them at "Five Stars."

Furthermore, all of their repair suggestions were not necessary and many of the things they found are very normal. Wear and tear on a used car that don't need replacing. This is a mechanic who just wants to nickel and dime and find every possible thing wrong with a vehicle so that they have work. Sure you want your mechanic to be thorough but you don't need used cars to run like brand new cars. I only write reviews like this when I really wish I had known and hope it can save someone money, Time, and of course frustration.
