Too, the people are helpful and knowledgable about all of their rentals (I have been to other locations where the knowledge level is lacking. The facility is clean and the service is completed in a reasonable amount of time.

Ended up being charged $650 instead of the quoted $150 for my situation. I just paid the difference because the $500 dollars isn't worth having to deal with their leadership team. Read that again. I would rather pay $500 dollars and never use uhaul again than deal with this area manager. P.S fix your website. You shouldn't be able to order, pay and check in for a trailer that doesn't exist. I don't care if it's in the fine print. Those actions set the customer up to think they are headed in to pick up a trailer.

Professional, Interpersonal, and eager to help. Everything was affordable even the insurance. I picked the truck up at a service center from a Home Depot in Lewisville Texas. I like the way they handle things. Especially, because they close by 9:00 pm. I mean really, How convenient is that? Oh, yeah, and get this, They accept Groupons you guys" That's like a hot fudge sundae with a cherry on top. Unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with over 15) disorders and diseases, including Lupus and that weekend that I rented the truck, I was sick the entire time with migraine headaches up to 5) days and got nothing done. No pne could drive the truck because their name was not on the contract. I hope that I can get refunded for the money that I spent and the work that never got done. It is only a matter of medical proof that my statement is true. Due the fact that I am on disability, and I don't get much. I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND OR LET'S NEGOTIATE.
