I was looking for a shop to do some mods on my Audi SQ5, and not being from the area or knowing…read moremany car people locally, I found Witz End through Google. As a woman, it can honestly be intimidating bringing your car to a shop because a lot of places will take advantage of that, but I never felt that way here. I had modifications done to my car along with a bumper repair, and when I got it back there were still a few sensor codes showing. A new light-related code also appeared, but I genuinely think it was missed because the other sensor errors were already active from a modification I had done myself. After noticing it, we realized the brake lights weren't working properly. What I appreciated most was that the mechanics actually took the time to track down the issue instead of brushing it off. Not only did they fix the brake light problem, but they also got the other sensor codes cleared and saved me what probably would have been a huge bill at Audi for recalibration. They also sent me photos throughout the entire process while my car was being worked on, which I really appreciated. The labor time was reasonable, the pricing was fair, and I never felt like I was being overcharged or taken advantage of. Overall, they were honest, communicative, and clearly cared about making things right. I'd definitely trust them with my car again.

DO NOT GO SEE THIS PERSON…read more Quoted me a one hour labor time on the job which ended at 3 PM. Text me at 3:10 when I'm almost at his house to pick up the scooter and he tells me he needs til 4. Ok, so I waited. I arrived at four and that's when he starts working on the scooter. He immediately fucked up the rims so much that I can't use them anymore and then said he wasn't able to change out the tire. It was just a simple tire replacement. I brought the new tire. I get home to discover that he SWAPPED my UPGRADED 52V battery for a shitty rental scooter battery. I texted asking for a partial refund and he responded with expletives and rude insults about me being LGBTQ. Class act. That'll do it.
