Gross rag that staff saw several times and didn't move.

Walked in the door and stood for a while before kitchen staff asked what we wanted and told us to sit down. All available tables were dirty with food on them so we chose a spot that someone had thought about cleaning and left the rag and previous check on the table. We sat for about 5-10 minutes before asked about our beverages and asked if we were ready to order so we had to ask for menus and told the waiter (who seemed to be on some kind of drug) that we still needed menus. He brought waters after a while then left quickly. I had to move the rag to another table and we sat 10 more minutes waiting to order until we just decided to leave. I used to like the food there but the fly infested, drab establishment has lost my business. I guess I'll be going to Passkey from now on.

The place looked scary. Food was too expensive and wasn't good quality pizza. Service was great though.

Being from Chicago, I typically don't think of Pueblo Colorado as a "pizza town", but my daughter,…read morewho's spending time living here doing an internship, convinced us to visit anyway. She had been here numerous times and raved about their Romano specialty pizza. So on a hot and sunny afternoon, we opted to sit indoors, ditch the many dishes made with the local Pueblo Green Chile and dig into some pizza. The place itself has been here a while and features two floors of dining space - with the lower level opening up to outdoor seating on the famous riverwalk. Had it been just slightly cooler, we would've opted to sit outside. As it was like 100F we chose to seat inside which featured a view of the riverwalk from the second story. The space is big enough for large groups and parties and even featured a gelato bar. Our tandem of two waitresses (I think we came in between shifts) were both great and we wanted for nothing. I ordered a Breckenridge Vanilla Porter, which was tasty, but it unfortunately was not very cold. However, the Specialty Pizza Romana was absolutely a stand out. I guess the dough for this pizza is fermented and aged?!? Don't recall the exact process, but it was delicious. The pizza featured both a vodka marinara sauce and also pesto. It was topped with mozzarella, mortadella, prosciutto, capicola and salami. It was like eating an Italian sub on top of a pizza. All of it just worked together and made for a damn tasty pizza big enough to feed 4 adults. We were gonna try some other menu items, but there was only 3 of us and we were full after the pizza. So why 4 stars instead of 5? Aside from the lukewarm beer, we were joined at the table by an unusual amount of flies! I worked in restaurants and bars for years. I know flying pests are not completely in your control, but we spent a lot of time "shooing" and trying to swat pesty flies from the time the pizza hit the table until we took our last bite. Again, not a deal breaker, but more of an annoyance that prevented this from being a perfect lunch.

We ordered pizza and ravioli and a side salad. Everything was great. You know exactly what you're gonna get and it's good every time. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance that you're either gonna have to call a number on the door to access or have one of your party going and let them know they have to unlock it, and there is a 1 inch lip to get in the accessible entrance. The hallway to the bathrooms is a little bit crowded and will take some navigation. I'm not sure it would be possible to get into the men's restroom using a wheelchair without moving the table they have in the hall. The interior of the bathroom though was great

I prefer to eat at locally owned places. and found Giodone's today on the way back from some of the farms. So glad I did! My fiancé is Pueblo born and raised and hadn't been here since a banquet when he was in grade school. Started with the battered chilies with cheese sauce. They were huge, hot and fresh, and great. We did halfsies of the fried spaghetti with sausage crumbles and a #2 traditional sausage grinder with cheese and chilies. Side salad with the spaghetti and the Tony's taters(?) with the sandwich. All was great! Finished our lunch off with a scoop of spumoni each. We also enjoyed our iced teas in the pitchers. Great and friendly service. Also enjoyed the huge booths. Didn't need all of the space, but much better than being squished in. Thank you for the good food and experience...we'll be back!

The menu seemed varied with a good selection of seafood entrees. Warm bread with dipping sauces was first rate. Dinner salad was fresh and well put together. I had Lasagne, a hefty portion and while good, there wasn't anything distinctive about it. It was prime rib night but I didn't take advantage of that this time. I think they've nailed the location and ambiance but hope they can elevate the entrees from good to WOW. I can see this making them and exciting go to destination. Try it and see what you think. As much as I was looking forward to these, I was disappointed! Part of the sell for this place was the fact that they make their own pasta. Well the ravioli's were tough and the sauce was watery. The save for the meal was the bread with oil to dip. It was very soft and tasty. The peanut butter pie for dessert was good, but very sweet, the crust was a bid hard and the piece was quite small. Our server was lovely. Very attentive. I will give this place a second chance, next time I'll have Seafood. So in closing, not the BEST but not the WORST!
