I have been here several times now. And I will be back. The food is absolutely amazing, everything is cooked well, the flavors are excellent. The owner and staff provide the best service you could ever ask for. And the atmosphere is perfect for a nice dinner out. Personally I wouldn't ever wear jeans and a tshirt here, but dress codes don't seem to really be a thing anymore. Go here. Its worth it. Save room for the tiramisu.

This maybe the best Italian food our family has ever had! And it had to have Gluten-Free choices...it does! If you find yourself anywhere near Pueblo, CO, call ahead and be ready for an authentic Italian meal. We had the Fettuccini with Italian sausage and mushrooms, the spaghetti with red sauce and the pesto with green beans in GF noodles. Everyone was very happy! Great vibe inside and a nice back patio. It's popular so make reservations. Parallel parking in the front wasn't difficult to find. Highly recommended!!

This is a hidden treasure of Pueblo. Nestled in some of the old building on Union Street, you travel into a little slice of Italy as you walk through the doors. Menu indicates that its gets a season update and even indicates what's "new" if you are return customer. The special was a lobster ravioli which if any indication of that dish...I would recommend ordering the daily special every time. From the summer menu, our table also ordered the Veal Shank (Ossobuco), the Aglio e Olio pasta. The veal shank was big size portion and our server indicated that it sells out regularly. If its available, order it. The Aglio has a kick and perfect if you enjoy pasta without a lot of sauce. Pasta is freshly made and the perfect amount of olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese and red pepper. As mentioned above, highly recommend the Ravioli. The cheese sauce was perfect for the raviolis and complimented the lobster. We saved room for desert and ordered a chocolate mousse and was gracious comped panna cotta. It was my parents wedding anniversary so it was an amazing gesture from the owners. This is a must-go restaurant.

The restaurant has a cozy, homey feel with sea-themed décor -- things like fishing nets, crab cages, and other nautical touches that make it feel like a neighborhood seafood spot. We started with their signature crab cake, which was thin, nicely cooked, and drizzled with a flavorful bistro sauce. For our main dish we had the daily fish special, a flaky grilled fish that was lightly seasoned and served with well-cooked vegetables and risoni pasta. The green beans were especially memorable -- perfectly crispy, which reminded me how much I love them prepared that way. The staff was friendly and helpful, even recommending the $8 wine special, which was a great value. Overall, a welcoming neighborhood restaurant downtown Pueblo with great seafood and a relaxed atmosphere.

There are shaded tables, plus the light breeze made it delightful. Service is friendly and quick. House salad is well presented. A nice mix of freshly cut veggies. Reuben is excellent. The pastrami tastes smoked, which is a unique twist to this NY deli fan. It's hand-sliced thin, topped with sauerkraut and melted swiss, slathered with thousand island dressing and served on toasted rye. Very good rendition of this knife & fork sandwich. Could resist chocolate lava cake. Because what's lunch without dessert??? :-) It's a hockey-puck sized chocolate cake, covered with molten chocolate. Inside, the cavity is filled with more molten chocolate. For the chocoholic, this one is a must. Pro Tip - filling is HOT! This is a great little spot. Try it!

The first time I was there was many years ago, when the warm fireplace with couches was a centerpiece and memorable. It's upstairs, off the street, windows looking out. I finally made it back with a friend, and we had a great time; however, as John C. said in his comments, I can relate to the (still current) problems they seem to be facing with only one employee available, and no one to make the cheese fondue we were looking forward to. We settled for a cheese and hummus & olive plates, which were good, just not what we wanted. I do not recall the fireplace going. There were a couple of other parties seated at tables, and it seemed as though our server was a bit overwhelmed. He did know about the wine, which we appreciated. I do not wish to write off this special place and am hopeful they will make improvements based on reviews like this one.

Steak bites, truffle fries, brownie skillet... I want to come back just to try more food alone. This was insane and the pricing was good, the value was good, and I even ordered truffle fries to go because I loved it so much! What is super fun is that they now have wine tastings on Tuesdays and it is a great deal. $12 for four wines. Someone tells you about each wine and it's a great way to sample a bunch of wines, both local and not. I was super excited about that! I will again, come back to do that! Lots of positives there. And our server was very sweet. She was checking in and making sure we were doing well. I wish I knew her name but sadly I don't. But she was so kind and had a great personality. And everything came out fast! The vibes are also good. I love the outdoor seating/patio options for a hot summer night. And it was very lush. It's funny because I had never heard of this place before but it is in a fantastic area near Night Ramen and Provision Bakery (two amazing spots). Breakfast at Provision, apps and drinks at My Cellar Wine Bar, and maybe a dinner at Night Ramen. Haha! Just kidding, but again, great spot. Here's where I have issues. I worked in the restaurant industry for six years. I understand staying over close and even coming in close to close is a no no (at least for me). But we arrived at 7:30 pm and stayed until 9:45 pm. One of my best friends is getting married so she wanted to show us her dress and share her excitement. At 9 pm (note they close at 10 pm), they turned on the lights, began sweeping, closed the kitchen, and even at one point blasted music. We asked the waitress when they closed the wine bar. 10 pm. But what frustrated me the most is that the manager (I assume) came over and was acting extremely condescending. "I know you girls are having such a good time!!" And was trying to usher us out. Girl. You don't close until 10 pm. It's 9:45. If you didn't want us to stay, then maybe change the hours. I don't care if we are the only ones there. It was extremely rude and the way she said it felt, as I said, condescending. Like we were young and dumb or something. As a diner, I expect great service. Which we got for the most part. But to kick us out before it closes is unprofessional and frustrating. Of course we left, but god forbid a girl get excited about her wedding and wants to share all about it. This left a sour taste in my mouth and again, if you wanted to close early, maybe don't tell patrons the actual time you close: 10 pm. We bought a lot and a bottle of wine. Let us finish our glasses and I promise we will leave before close. I would still come back, but maybe I'll go to Vine and Wheel or another wine bar first.
