Please see photos. There were in fact 8 SEPARATE locations of mold costing over 10k in remediation. Let alone what we still don't know about. This cost us way too much money and put my family (including a young baby's and unborn child's health at risk). Update- for the record no destructive testing was required. A simple visual exam indicates the presence of moisture and water damage in multiple Locations- which may indicate further testing is warranted. And if per chance the seller was directing you EXACTLY where to test- are you really doing a thorough job or you getting the seller the results they want. And then- why would you contact a prospective buyer and tell them everything is safe - go ahead buy the house- when in fact you havent really thoroughly evaluated the property.
