The pro is that the job was completed, albeit 3 months after the promised completion date. The cons unfortunately outweigh the pro. I do not feel like they are accustomed to higher end home remodels. And I would not recommend them for that purpose. Ray subcontracted the job to another general contractor and was not very involved in the job so there was a definite breakdown in communication between us, him, the designer, and the work crew. He didn't listen to our plans and we were constantly stressed with ironing out problems that should not have come up, or that he should have dealt with directly. Most of the time it felt as if I was doing the GC job and just paying him in name only. The workmanship was sloppy and unfinished. We had to constantly tell them to finish what they started, fill obvious holes, fix shoddy tile work, etc.It was a headache that became more and more expensive as each supplemental work order was added just to finish the work. Ultimately after a disaster their work would be an improvement, but for a home remodel working with them was a disaster in and of itself.

They have been extremely unethical and do not complete the work they say they will do. In addition, the work they did complete was poorly done and resulted in further damage to the property. When I contacted their team about the additional damage to the property and how it was covered by a warranty they sent someone out two days later. They opened up the wall to locate the leak where they had replaced a shower and all of the piping. They located the leak but stated they would not honor their warranty and it would cost me extra to have it fixed. They left the wall opened up without completing the work and refused to honor their warranty. I watched this company take two months to complete a single room remodel. Often there would be someone "working" all day, with nothing to show for it but two baseboards installed, and a small ceiling painted. They even billed 8 hours of work to tile a 24 square foot space. It was a wide open space with nothing but a cement slab floor. Eight hours? Really? This company is morally questionable and the work they completed resulted in further damage within two months. Absolutely horrible!

This review is for the first one, a bedroom ceiling/roof leak that needed mold mitigation, asbestos testing and renovation. March 2025: Leak originally started as a moisture spot on the ceiling in October 2024 but my HOA ignored it. By March 2025, the ceiling had become so compromised that water streamed in like a waterfall during a massive storm. My original contact was Noah - he gave me an estimate (along with two other companies). I really appreciated how Noah was communicative, informative and thorough. And! he didn't badger me w/ phone calls & emails, like the other two companies did. He understood that I said I would take care of the situation when I could b/c I was in the middle of Massage Therapy school. I understood the "risks" of having mold & just shut the bedroom off. Fast forward to August 2025 & now we're ready to take care of the situation. Noah followed protocol of getting an asbestos test first. Luckily, it was negative. Then Spencer, their Mitigation Specialist? built a special containment room, inside the guest bedroom that sealed off the contaminated area. Heavy duty fans stayed on for about 72 hours? so the area could be thoroughly dried after being treated w/ some kind of mold treatment. Noah was available via text when I had questions - that was surprising & super helpful! Once Mitigation was completed, Noah connected me w/ Jacob at their Restoration Department. He sent over a stellar crew led by David & they proceeded to rebuild about a quarter of the bedroom - meant to mention that they had to rip out dry wall, scaffolding, etc. This crew rebuilt and then refinished the area, including re-installing wainscotting and painting the ceiling + walls. The results? This bedroom looks gorgeous! We were thrilled with how thorough/smooth ATH was w/ this process & how the renovation turned out. He offered us the best price of the companies that responded to our initial request, which was for the carpeted stairs and two small landings, though he did have to raise the price slightly (like $20 or so) when he arrived because our description was not quite accurate. We only used their carpet cleaning service, but I was intrigued when I saw some of the other services they offer, like special floor treatments, listed on the company's van. Clearly, they do more than just clean carpets. He didn't mind when we added to our initial request and was able to quickly quote us a new, fair price once he saw the space. Admittedly, he did end up arriving somewhat after the window he had stated, due to other jobs he had to finish, but I'm sure some jobs take longer than you expect, and it wasn't a problem for us. He was fairly quick and efficient once he arrived, I thought. He started the actual cleaning process by spraying stain remover on the worst spots. He had protection for our stairs' corners from the hoses and tubes and used booties over his shoes once the carpet was wet (as one might expect). He even moved our large, heavy bed in our master bedroom by himself so he could clean the entire carpet in there (part of our updated request). I thought we were going to move it together, but when I asked about it after he had gotten started cleaning, he said he had already moved it! He was friendly and respectful. I think he took something like 90 minutes for the whole job, start to finish, which seemed reasonable to me considering the logistics and size of the job. I told him we may call him again for the one bedroom we left out, and I meant it. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Momentum's carpet cleaning service, especially if you don't need them to come exactly in the window.

Which they do tell you upfront when you make the appointment. Wife says the grout being clean is not great but maybe it still needs to dry out.
