I was instead recommended a therapeutic massage with medium-to-firm pressure. Unfortunately, the pressure was very light and did not address any of the tension or knots I was hoping to work out. I regularly visit spas and have received Swedish massages that were significantly deeper. While Noel was pleasant, the massage simply did not meet my needs, and I left feeling unsatisfied. I was also surprised to learn at checkout that there was an additional charge to use the spa amenities. In my experience, amenities are typically included when booking a treatment. Had I known about the extra fee when I asked about amenities while booking, I could have made a more informed decision. The jacuzzi ended up being the best part of my visit, but I go to a spa primarily for the quality of the massage. Overall, I left feeling that the experience was not worth the cost, and I do not plan to return. The treatment room had a lot of light and that is only downside for me. I like it dark in the room if possible. I recommend getting a 90 minute massage so they can focus on issues and give you a full body massage too. The location is great near lots of shops and restaurants if you want to make a day of it.

When he asked about my feet during the massage, I understood it to mean "is it ok to include your feet"? The massage was fantastic and I just paid the additional $30 and left, as it was late in the evening. A day or two later, I received a text asking how things went. I explained what happened and we were able to come to an agreement about the situation. The massage was FANTASTIC. I ended up in positions I didn't know I could be in, with muscles that I didn't know existed, getting worked on. I would 100% go back but next time I would make sure I understood that additional fees could be added during the massage.

The ambiance and overall vibe was very tranquil and calm. The facilities are clean and well-maintained and customer service was excellent. While the locker room area is slightly cramped, they have sufficient room to get ready and hair & skin products available for use after showering. The sauna was an added bonus! I had a 60-minute Swedish massage with an aromatherapy add-on and Muireall was my massage therapist. Muireall was wonderful and checked in frequently during the massage and catered the massage to my preferences. She burned my face with a kombucha face mask, didn't tell me anything of the services my husband booked for me because it was a surprised gift. I went in blind, disrespected, and then expected to pay over $650 dollars. I emailed her for the owners email but was ignored and probably wanted to hide her actions on a customer. I could tell she's not up to date in esthetician education, tired of her customer service job, and thought that customers should just take her neglect.
