Two change machines up front. There's a restroom in the back - the door wasn't labeled, someone happened to leave the door open. Sink in the back as well but the paper towel dispenser was empty. Large folding tables. All of the front loading washers are new - sizes ranging from 3 to 8 loads. I never bother with the top loading washers. I used the 6 load washer and it was $4.75. Most of the dryers are new, 25 cents for 6 minutes. There's a lot of unused space in the front, maybe the owner is going to add more machines?? Big parking lot, the curb is green right outside. Vending machines for washing supplies in case you need something and a drink machine. A few chairs in the front to sit while you wait for your laundry.

When I brought this up to the attendant, Erica ( if that's even her name), she gave me 50 cents "for the hot water" and I told her well my clothes didn't get washed correctly bc the bleach didn't work and I have to rewash it and she said "that's not my problem" with the biggest attitude. I've never been to a laundromat that does not offer the full amount refund for a mistake on their machines behalf. I asked for the managers number, "she doesn't know it". So if worst case, I was using a machine and it took my money or something like that what would I do? Who would I go to if I am having an issue with any of the machines? Or what if worst case there's some kind of malfunction where it requires the attention of an employee working there? And it was pretty messy. Not well maintained at all. It looked like no one had cleaned it in a bit.

I started coming here about a month before their renovations and was so sad when I drove up to them closed in the winter. They had become my favorite instantly. So happy they're open again, and amazingly they are even better now. Love that they offer several payment options, SO smart. They take quarters, tap-to-pay (Apple Pay, Google Wallet, etc.), card, and they also have their own loyalty card, "Fascard." If you intend on coming here often, definitely invest in the Fascard. You get discounted prices just by using it! (Load $25, get a free $2, Load $40, get a free $4, and so on). The new machines are so clean and efficient. My clothes are quicker to dry here, thus saving me money. I love that everything is digital and user friendly. They have the typical vending machines with wash/dry products, as well as a change machine. The only reason why I'm giving a 4 star is because when I first arrived a few weeks after they completed renovations, the doors were locked when they were supposed to be open. I messaged the business and they responded that it was due to the rain. I really needed to wash/dry something before work, so I went a few streets down to get it done somewhere else. I feel like the rain shouldn't affect hours, and if it does there should be a system in place to let customers know, as all the lights were still on that day and they had no signs posted. Another reason why I'm not rating it 5 at the moment is because there was no attendant when I finally was able to go after their renovations. I went later in the day, but I remember before they always had an attendant regardless of what time I went. They are brand new and I'm hoping they keep up with maintenance so I can keep coming to my favorite spot.

I walked in and apparently I looked lost and the lady staff member approached me and asked if I needed help. I needed the help so she proceeded to explain to me that I can wash my sleeping bags in the larger machines and gave me some tips not to use the regular amount of detergent. I probably had a blank face because she proceeded to help me worth my laundry. I love it. 4.5 stars for amenities I remember paying $3.00 a few years ago and note it's $5.00 per load. I also don't remember paying $0.25 to use the restroom. I would understand if the location was frequented by homeless folks but that is not the case here. 4.5 starts additional services If one is to busy they do offer a wash and fold service worth a 24 hour turnaround time. Overall if I ever need to do laundry again this will be the place for me.

This is by far the worst laundromat I have ever been to in my entire life. I guess they got new…read moremanagement but they're horrible. Most of the machines are broken. They're overpriced. For twenty five cents to dry, you get only four minutes. Some other ones only give you three minutes. My clothes ended up getting stuck in one of the washers' and I couldn't get it out for forty five minutes. I called the emergency line.No one answered. I text multiple times no one answered. Finally, when I did get ahold of somebody, I was told that they didn't have any way of helping me. That they couldn't get somebody to come out there and help me until 9 PM remind you, it's like after 10 AM. And I need my clothes!There would be mold and mildew by then from them, sitting in water! All of my clothes were in. That washer, so I had no choice but to try to get the clothes out myself. Since I couldn't get any help, then I was told that there was help. Available from one of the attendants that was there, which that was a lie.There was nobody. Not a single person working!! I messed up my hand on top of that, because since I got my clothes out of the washer.That wouldn't work.I then ended up having to wring out my clothes all by hand!! I spent more than four hours at this laundromat, to wash a couple of loads. Management has poor customer service.The laundry mat sucks.They're overpriced.I would not recommend anybody to come here.
