Both of my dogs looked and smelled great. The downside, our smaller dog developed an abcess a week post grooming which cost us nearly $1600.00 in vet bills. We were told it was from a scrape that got infected and couldn't pinpoint it to grooming but that is the only place she would have gotten such a scrape. Luckily, she has made a complete recovery. I see lots of good reviews for this business... But me and my sweet dog don't have anything good to say about this place. I have a Yorke and he's the love of my life a few years ago I brought me doggie to this groomers and I ended up in the ER vet. Apparently my dog got hit by someone or something in this place. He got hit so hard that the veins from his eyes exploded from such a blunt trauma to his head. When I went to pick him up all that they could tell me is the reason that he's he's eyes are so red is because he has an eye infection. therefore I took him ER vet and it turn out it wasn't an eye infection. Please pay attention to your pets before you take them here and after when you pick them up. read more

Picked up my sister's dog from here a few times. Each time there was an issue. They forgot a nail trim they forgot an anal expression they forgot a bath. How do you forget a bath? When I called to try to get a solution the receptionist Anthony kept interrupting me and would not let me speak. He also said the owner was not in but when I went he was? Went in and "owner" claimed it was done. Was met with attitude. Gave wrong information to me and my sister. Did not want to let me speak. Love love love!! They take such good care of my Pomeranian Aaliyah. I've brought her here about 3-4 times now and her cut is perfect every time. Pomeranians are basically little balls of fur, I usually get her full haircut when it starts getting nice out and they always make sure her Face is framed perfectly and tail is always even. Her appointments are usually about 2 hours and that's for a full groom. They can always fit me in within 2-3 days when ever I call and it's super affordable and clean. The grooming tables and and dogs are all kept right behind the counter so you can see everything when you walk in. They also give her a a cute little handkerchief scarf after every groom! read more

I usually don't like to go out of my way to leave a bad review but I'm so upset with this place. They clearly don't know how to work with Goldendoodles or at least follow certain request. After leaving my dog there at 10 am and getting a call 5 hours later, my dog chewed through his harness from anxiety of being in a crate for such a long time. They overbooked and just rushed through all the dogs they had booked today. At 10 am there were already 5 plus dogs in crates. I always want to support local businesses but the job they did was unacceptable with cuts around his belly and being charged $95 for them to pretty much shave him down and now I have to replace a $40 harness. I took my puppy here for his first ever grooming and I was so impressed by the experience that I had to share. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. I reached out asking basic questions that I'm sure could have been answered by looking at their website, but each time I would reach out I would get a prompt response back with all the information I needed. The facility is very clean and organized, as well as easy to get to. We were able to park on the street around the corner but was told that there is free parking across the street from the Salon. Brenda greeted Sookie and I as soon as we walked in, very friendly and welcoming. The groomer Juan even came out and his skill and knowledge was obvious from the moment I started talking with him. My dog has unique needs and we like to get her in and out of grooming pretty quickly. They got her out in 45 minutes with just a cut, no bath. I've been to iBark several times now. At first I was really impressed. They got everything right. Then, one time they didnt pluck their ears, even though that's what I wanted them to do. Since they did it the first time I was expecting them to do it all subsequent times. This last time the groomer must have been in a bad mood because both of my dogs cuts are sloppy. One of my dogs is acting traumatized so I dont know what might have happened to her. She hasn't acted like this before when I've taken her there.
