Richard Granatoor helped me out. He was very attentive, had me take a seat while he went to see if he can have the watches looked at right away. There are a bunch of vendors all under one roof. I was able to speak to a few places that made offers and picked the place that made the best offer for each item. High end watches are in demand, are highly competitive... it pays to look around if you want to buy or sell... there's a few good spots here. For gold jewelry, typically all they really care about is the karat type 14k, 18k, 24k etc. and the weight. They give you an offer on the spot and will pay you cash. I found the price varied somewhat so best to go to 2 or 3 spots. You get the hang of it quickly. I found the people I met here to be very nice and were respectful... not pushy. I saw people mostly buying items... jewelry, esp. diamonds. I believe there's also 2 other locations... Boynton and Aventura.
