Option 2: keep the $4,000 package and get the $1,000 promotion (their deal: deposit $4,000, get $1,000, with member pricing). Option 3: continue with pay-per-service. In the end, I chose to refund the unused amount from my most recent recharge. This place is a bit far for me, and I mainly go there for one specific nurse. It took about a week to finally get connected to talk to someone to schedule an appointment because their hours of operation on yelp does not match their actual hours, which I believed should be updated. On their website, there's literally no provider you can schedule with either. So when I did get connected, the front desk says they'll call me back in 15 minutes but called me back after 30 minutes and they sounded fairly rude whatsoever. But anyways, I've arrived at my appointment and everything seemed fine. I was talking to the consultant and when the MA was available, I was asked to get my blood drawn for the PRP. The MA was having a difficult time finding a vein to poke (I've never had issues with drawing blood at the hospital). She was able to get one vial from the left and then it was slowly. She kept swiveling the needling in my arm and I was getting pissed. Then she gave me water and kept attempting to go for the right arm and was able to get a bit (which she claimed should be enough). Afterwards, when finishing my conversation with the consultant, it turned out I was not a good candidate as I am prone to keloid so the blood drawn was tossed. I ended up getting a IPL photo facial, which was done by Lisa. She was amazing and she made sure I was comfortable in between sessions. I'm waiting to see the results but am definitely seeing some clearing of my face. Would love to come back to try other treatments but definitely did not enjoy the first 30 minutes of my arrival.

They asked to avoid alcohol 3 days prior which I didn't since appointment was scheduled on Monday following day of super bowl Sunday. I was freaking out as to the aftermath of I were to go on with the procedure. I called and asked. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. Adrienne was very professional.
