First where as all of them have makeup brand reps that will do brows, lashes and make overs at their counters and just as Ulta has a full on hair salon, BM has a spa which is definitely cool. Also, BM is stocking brands you can only find in better department stores like Nordstrom and Saks. Brands like Tocca, Aerin, Claus, etc. And last, they have an amazing variety of candles and fragrance diffusers for your home.

I haven't tried any of their other services, but I may give it a shot eventually. My reasons for the 4 star are: It's cash only. They said it's because of COVID, but I thought most places are card only for that very reason. Anyway, it's okay just kind of inconvenient since I don't typically carry cash on hand. No instructor in sight. My daughter did not even want them to fix it because how much longer will that take, and with no instructors around will a student fix the hair?? And, no my daughters aren't teenagers, they are in their mid twenties so they know how to communicate and advocate for themselves. So, if you like to take a gamble, by all means go to this salon. Don't get tempted by their cheap prices, because it DOES come with a price if they mess your hair up.
