I can be overly picky and detail-oriented, to a fault, but Jaeny exceeded even my highest expectations--which I don't even realistically expect to be met especially having undergone these procedures so many times before with other providers at other businesses, etc. I'm rating this business and Jaeny 5 stars, first and foremost, because of the level of unmatched skill (in my opinion), experience, and expertise that Jaeny brings, which showed in the results I've achieved, and secondarily, I'm rating this business 5 stars, because certain values/traits such as honesty, integrity and customer service are just as important to me. Specifically, the office staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable; and I also appreciate the upfront and transparent pricing the business offers. Pricing itself isn't necessarily my utmost concern (I'm willing to pay more for above and beyond results), but price transparency, consistency, and overall honesty in dealings and practices as a business are so vitally important to me, on personal principles, and it was apparent from my very first interaction with the business that this is exactly how they operate. (They also happen to offer very reasonable and market-aligned pricing, along with discounted packages, etc., for those wondering.) Social media makes it hard to distinguish between a 'famous' surgeon and a truly skilled one. I found Dr. Roy on a random Facebook find. Despite that random start, I felt immediately comfortable with him during my first consultation. He understood my goals immediately and he explained the process and expectations clearly. Still, I worried if "comfortable" meant "the best," but after two other consultations, no one else compared. He didn't upsell me on a lip lift, full face lift or upper eye blepharoplasty, which I appreciated. So we agreed on a neck, lower face, and brow lift. For context: I'm 55 and felt my neck looked 70, even though my face passed for early 40s (I was told ;-)). I felt like I didn't need a lot of work on my face. Hence, I was scared of looking "overdone" or worse than before. Dr. Roy is incredibly skillful - I am stunned by the results. My husband even says I look younger than on our wedding day 17 years ago! The result is so natural. I just look like my old self. The team (including Christine & Alex) is genuinely kind--not just "customer service" nice. Beyond his skill, the care was personal. Dr. Roy gave us his personal cell number and responded instantly during those first few days after surgery when my husband reached out to him with concerns/questions. My advice? Follow every pre & post-op instruction. They aren't optional. The first few days are tough, and you definitely need help, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Dr. Roy is a top-tier surgeon who doesn't need a Beverly Hills office or flashy marketing to prove it. Don't be fooled by follower counts and constant postings by other doctors that just lead to price gouging. If you're looking for a plastic surgeon, look no further than Dr. Roy.

I arrived to clinic around 2:50pm for my 3pm appointment. Was taken into room at around 3pm and was told to wait. At around 3:12pm, I walk to reception to ask how much longer and was told that Heidi was "finishing up her appointment" so I go back to room and wait for another 15 minutes. At 3:28pm, I walk back out to reception to let them know I cannot wait any longer and begin to queue outside the bathroom which is next to the reception desk. At this point, I see Heidi escorting her client out to the reception desk. I hear the receptionist tell her that her 3pm client has been waiting and Heidi responds "I wasn't told she was here" or something along those lines. I then proceed to follow Heidi into the room to collect my coat/purse to leave and Heidi is super aloof not apologetic in any shape or form and says "well I am available now if you are able to stay" and I reply "No, I have been waiting for 30 minutes. I was told if I was 10 to 15 minutes late that my appointment would be rescheduled but it's OK for you to be 30 minutes late???" As I was walking out, not one person made an effort to explain the tardiness, apologies for the inconvenience nor offer me an alternative solution or at least a refund for the consultation fee. Someone behind the reception desk did make sure to say "Thank you so much, Sasha!" Three days later, still no calls from L&P but I did receive a follow up email. Just got off phone with answering service requesting a refund,. Received a call back from receptionist within 5 minutes, they left voicemail stating refund has been processed. Again, no apology, no effort to rectify situation. Your time means nothing to them.

I came in for some Botox today and mentioned I was unhappy with my current Medspa because I feel like my injections have not been lasting long and also feel like the injector have been missing spots that I had concerns about. Alice was very knowledgeable and recommended Daxxify to me and even explained the science behind it (though it flew over my head even though I nodded and made "mmhmm" sounds" ) and it was very much appreciated. However, I was sold on how much quicker it takes effect and also the pureness of the toxin. And Alice was right ! 2 days later my 11s are gone completely and you might well call me Elsa because I am FROZEN ! After going through multiple consultations meeting other doctors he by far made me feel the most comfortable. I had a lot of nuances in my case and he carefully thought them through with me. I never felt rushed or questioned- he truly took the time to listen to me and be present. His team at SVIA also was so kind and helped make the whole process very easy from beginning to end.
