Visited this little cafe from Dallas, TX in Orlando for a vacation! And let me just tell you, it was the cutest/warmest/friendliest cafe! We came here the first day to explore iDrive360 and the guy (tall male with glasses) made our visit so special! He was so friendly and gave us a array of macarons! So yummy! And their coffee was exceptional! We also visited the next day, to relax after dinner! I have thoroughly enjoyed my coffee and visit to this place :) I highly recommend it! There is no service. They make you feel like you are an inconvenience. The coffee is burnt and is twice the price of Starbucks.

The place looks inviting, but I was very disappointed with the experience: 1) They brought the wrong food (lettuce/tomato/cheese came instead of turkey and cheese sandwich) and then argued with me when I asked for a turkey sandwich about whether I ordered a turkey sandwich. 2) Ordered potato chips with the turkey sandwich. They were out of potato chips, so they put shredded lettuce and a sliced tomato on my plate instead (no dressing). Later a plate of Lay's original potato chips showed up on the table. read more

The only reason why this place is getting three stars is because of the location, views, and ambiance. The food was ok but nothing special. I had the strawberry, banana, and Nutella crepe and my wife had the ham and cheese croissant. Now for the truly bad part which was the service. The two ladies behind the counter seemed totally disinterested with their job and we don't even remember them greeting us when we got to the counter. My crepe came out first and again a total disinterest in any type of customer service by an employee that didn't seem like they even wanted to be there in the first place. Then it took what seemed like 10 minutes for my wife's ham and cheese croissant to be brought out. When I went inside to check to see if maybe we had to pick up her food I saw the two employees standing and talking about something that seemed more important then making my wife's food. We will definitely NOT be going back there and if you want good customer service I would highly suggest you don't go here. read more

I'll overlook the fact that their employees do no speak minimal English to even try and understand what their customers are ordering, but the cakes are stale and gummy, we bought two medium iced coffees and two round red velvet cakes (about 2.5 inches in diameter) and they charged us $24.00!! The owner's family nightly take up all the couches seating area outside the cafe, we had to stand and eat, and they all smoke like freight trains which made the whole experience very unpleasant. disgusting to say the least, I would give it less than one star if I could. read more

My wife and I have been looking for a good modern cafe in a picturesque location. I came across this place on yelp and decided that this might be the place I was looking for. When we got there, on a Sunday morning, the place was clean the baked items and displays were laid out nicely. The lady who waited on us at the cash register was very nice and had a warm smile for us. Her name is Fatima, and she took care of us all the way till we left. She was excellent and made sure we were satisfied with everything we ordered. The prices are slightly higher than most other places but worth it due to the location and the atmosphere. The price may be high for some but the lack of decent places to have a good cup of coffee and a nice atmosphere to enjoy it in Orlando is worth it to us. We will definitely be back. read more

Just got into town with the family again, and found this cool little place next to the Ferris wheel. We had awesome omelettes, really great croissant sandwiches, and Gabby and Alina craft amazing coffee and lattes! They are amazing, and they made our first experience back in town the best! I was craving macaroons for dessert and found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. I had the Pistachio, Strawberry, Coffee and Chocolate macaroons and they were all delicious! The coffee was pretty decent as well, and I loved the ambience of the restaurant. And I loved sitting outside where you can do some people watching and enjoy the view of the Ferris wheel. I would've given it a 5 but I've had macaroons all over the world and the size on these were a bit on the smaller size. Needless to say, very tasty. read more

Coffee was not that bad but the service was absolutely terrible. Ordered an espresso and left a tip, even though espressos are normally overpriced anyways. I asked for a small water cup and was ignored. I politely requested a small water cup again and the guy behind the counter said they don't give out water and I would have to buy a bottle. I asked for a tiny bit of water, equal to an espresso and the guy said he didn't care and that his boss said to not give water to anybody. It is standard practice in many top of the line coffee shops to serve a little bit of water with an espresso so that you may cleanse and prep your palette before drinking the coffee. Would not recommend this place. Go to a Starbucks where they will gladly serve you coffee and water in a large cup free of charge. read more

I visited this place 3 times while in Orlando and it was great every time. The espresso is super strong, exactly how I like it, and service is always great. The unexpected hit is their fries. They are delicious. My friend said her grilled cheese was a bit dry and my cheese omelet had no melted cheese inside, it just had shredded cheese on top (although they boasted two types, they never lied). The sweet crepes are super good. The croissants are TRUE Parisian croissants. Super buttery and soft on the inside and super crisp on the outside. read more

This place is pretty good. Not too bad, but not too great either. I was in Orlando for vacation and visited this place for breakfast. I ordered a latte and a blueberry muffin. The presentation of the muffin is fantastic and appealing, and the muffin itself tastes just as good as it looks. The latte, however, could use some work. Overall atmosphere is exactly what I look for in a cafe. Yes, what they have is a little overpriced, but it's worth the money. Service also needs improvement, but overall I have enjoyed my visit here. read more
