With the box. In my opinion it did not look like he wanted to be there. I returned the next day to inform them of my situation and was able to order the correct alternator after verifying it for myself looking at the computer. I then came back later on in the day, (I was supposed to get a phone call but never did) to grab the alternator and they would not allow me to leave with the box that the alternator came in. This was frustrating and irritating to deal with. I have been a long-time customer and am seriously considering going to AutoZone or somewhere else.
